They also have a 10% chance to turn the target's armor attribute to Dark. Lasts 5 seconds" Magnus is holy element, and the chance is 10%. Magnus has 7 hits and the goal of this build is make magnus spammable so the chance of converting element is increase.

How you reduce cast delay beside rune, i still like have 2 sec cast delay
Use offhand that give cast delay option, and also tail. And then eat 6x food cast delay. There is a food that give cast delay and anti fatal too.

how to No Cast Magnus sir? i got good rune on cast delat and fct still got casting
Its because have FCT. To reduce that FCT, use Dark Illussion star card on headwear.
If it's not enough, use sacrament buff before using magnus.

its not about what's better, just use weapon you have. I use elemental fusion because i only have that.
