Please include the following parameters too, for analyzing:
1. Employee CTC/ settlement
2. Way employees are treated
3. Rate of Interest on Deposit and Loans and Advances
4. There are too many charges levied by TMB. And also their Rate of Interest on loans are resetted every quarter, that too in increasing trend alone
I heard in TMB that, the abnormal Net Profit is attained through cutting too many benefits, which were previously given to employees.

Debt equity ratio: 8.42;
Shareholding pattern, public ~ 95%; rest with DII ~ 5%. I get that there's a dispute on ownership of old shares among promoters.
1. Yet how do we know that is what is total holding of promoters?
2. Till dispute is resolved, Is promoter holding is assumed zero/indeterminate?
