Perhaps it's just me noy knowing how to play, but I felt like here Fuuma was not a Ken to Hanzo's Ryu, but a Dan Hibiki. Everything Hanzo does, Fuuma does worse.
That's definitely NOT the case. Fuuma is the Ken to Hanzou's Ryu. His moves are just done differently but they're not weaker, like how Dan's moves are. In fact, his spinning move is very useful. So no, he's no joke character at all.
