Spectraining is excited to now offer the new VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set! It's a mouthful, but essentially, this is the skill set that every qualified teacher has been waiting for. It's a quick and targeted update that leads directly to the certificate four in training and assessment.
By completing five units with us, you'll have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver vocational training to school students. Specifically, it addresses important aspects of vocational competency, from design and professional development requirements, through to the all-important assessment requirements.
The program consists of two workshops. A three day session covering program design and working in the VET sector. And the second four day workshop covering the conduct and validation of vocational assessments.
