I bought Siemid fog lights for my 2024 Pilot Trailsport (thinking they were plug and play) and the connector that comes off the stock fog lights is this small little square, while the connector on the Siemid is the larger H11 interface. The two are not plug and play with one another. I don't see how this is going to work without cutting my vehicles blue and black wires to connect to the Siemid H11 adapter with its orange and blue wires. I don't know a godamn thing about wiring. These were supposed to be the right option for my 24 Pilot. What interface does my Pilot have?? It's obviously not H11.
I don't know about the other trim levels but the 2019 elite and above year models the fog lamps are already LED the only thing that is not LED on them for some strange reason is the turn signal bulbs which was a weird choice by Honda. every bulb in the vehicle is LEDs except for the turn signals. Which didn't make sense to me.
the ones I suggest on our website since you have projector headlights are the CSP Kits that we have listed on our website for $60 with a 1 year manufacture warranty but we also have cheaper ones and better more expensive ones on the website also.
not pure yellow but we have a switchback kit that you can make white to yellow www.socalaccessories.com/dual-color-led-headlight-bulbs-switchback-white-yellow-6000k-3000k-philips-flip-chip-72w-8400lm/
@@socalaccessories6687 Ordered and received the two pairs of H11’s. Installed the low beam and fog lights. Went to Vegas. Drove back to LA during the evening. What a HUGE help! The lights look great! Thanks!
@@samaz79 I did have the sensors. The cable gives you enough slack to let the panel hang or you can just disconnect. Having skinny forearms is a plus. There are 4 clips (2 on each side). I just used a plastic panel tool so I don’t scratch the paint.
Fortunately this is why I like the newer Elite models 2019 above and they are stock LED no need in turn half the front cap apart just to change a couple of bulbs.
Excellent tutorial. Straight to the point, and testing 👍🏾
Thanks - no BS - just got it done.
Thanks for the video
Easy enough- thanks for sharing this
There no need to open the bottom, just open the screen under the turn light, and you can get to the fog light
not as easy
You’re talking about a pilot. Ridgeline doesn’t have anything under the turn signals
It’s can be a pain in the butt, but it is more practical.
Its better

Thx for your video! Same bulbs and replacement process for newer 2022 Pilot?

what aftermarket LED bulbs do you have for your headlights and foglights?

Are these available in yellow for the foglights?

So I need 2 pairs of H11 and 1 pair of 9005 for my 2016 Honda Pilot?
Correct

I just did mine but took off the front plastic below the turn signal. Took me 10min for both.
Question for you....I take it you didnt have the sensors on that piece that you removed below the turn signal?

what size bulb is it?
H11
Too bad your hand was in the way for some scenes that I needed to see. But Thanks for the tip
There is other short and easy ways to replace the fog light.
But are there videos of it? Where? Post link
