These parts of the score, and the scenes which played alongside them are the stand outs of the film... so majestic for what it is.
I hated the movie , but this sequence was great , if you watch only that then yeah it's a matrix movie
@@ryancganim Yeah, I didn't care for the film itself either. I liked the cyberpunk aspect of it and the "evolution" of the technology, but in terms of characterization or plot I was pretty bored with it. Neo and Trinity are not the most interesting characters ever, so having a love story between them for the span of an entire film is just... ugh.
I just remember the moments in the movie which had this theme play in the background. They stand out in an otherwise forgettable flick.

FINALLY FOUND IT! I first heard this while waiting for the first trailer to premiere. It's such a soothing trance, and I haven't even been able to find it, even long after the movie's release, lol.

That's true in reality. Every good dreams about my future with my family and friends, shattered.
I am hoping while listening to this music piece that the writers are coming up with a story to continue the franchise.
I know it's harsh to expect a sequel anymore from the writers yet it's rare to see this kind of film. I mean such an art gives meaning to mortal lives.
I love this music and thanks for sharing with us. Just the best part.

Nah.. let it rest. We got the happy ending we wanted 20 years ago.. any more sequels and they'll just ruin it. Only wish the old Morpheus had shown up for closure.

the first matrix had the best soundtrack
the sequels were pretty bad...dont get me wrong i listened to the music from reloaded alot, but it doesnt compare to the first. they had better music in the trailer / teaser and enter the matrix

Imagine if the company that held the rights to these movies didnt push the creators to rush the fourth movie to prevent them from making the movie WITHOUT THEM..how these movies would have remained perfection art and not enslaved to Commerce money grubbing.

@OfficalTop5 Ya, the film had meaning for the first twenty minutes. Then the film became more convoluted as it went along. Bad Dialog, Boring fight Sequences and A pointless villain.
