You’ll get weekly AI use cases and workflows of different ideas, tips, and strategies for incorporating AI into your online business so you can increase profit while working less.
➡️ I'm literally creating an army of AI agents to do as many things for me in my business as possible.
And it’s really freakin’ cool.
I’m using this new AI tool that can replace any number of things you might have a team doing, so you’re saving a ton of time and money each month.
Cassidy AI calls agents, or GPTS, “Assistants”.
And in this video I’m going to show you how easy it is to create your own army of AI agents, so you don’t have to do any work in your business either.
And YES, Cassidy AI is available outside the US.

WHO AM I?
Founder of The AI-ify newsletter. Founded and after 12M+ downloads, sold The Art of Online Business podcast in 2023.
I started my online business 10 years ago and have spent my career podcasting and coaching thousands of online course and membership creators how to simplify complex business systems into simple actions; whether it's in their marketing, sales, fulfillment or operations, so they can make more while working less.
These days, AI has completely redefined the game for how you can run your business, and I'm here to simplify and share everything I know (and am learning along the way) about how you can leverage AI in your online business so you can make more while working less.

Glad it was helpful! It’s really what I like most too - the ease in building these assets.

Same here!! I’m from software so don’t use third party wrappers like Cassidy cuz then my whole business rides on their existence which is too much stress for me, but agreed, build agents. My code uses whatever anyone wants and I come from automation background and can say it’s not quite accurate that you say you can’t access others , you prolly need a wizard like me lol
I totally hear you on this. I’m so not technical so Cassidy is a game changer for me. I’ve tested a BUNCH of other tools and this has risen to the top. Appreciate you watching and thanks for your thoughts. Always welcomed 🙌
In a video like this, proof of agents doing actual work would have been nice. e.g. send it an email and see what it responds. I didn't even see much of a setup of how it links into email, apart from totally manually.
I’m interested in how you set up your Prompt Engineering Assistants in CassidyAI?
I know that Cassidy is working on the ability to share Assistants with other Cassidy users, but not there yet. I’m going to be sharing all my prompts that I’m using in my Assistants inside my new membership community called The AI-ify Lab. Feel free also to email me Rick at rickmulready dot com and I’m happy to share these two prompts with you.
I am a sw girl so i try to make my own tools, but as a business owner the decision is at a minimum based on ROI, data privacy, security, fit for purpose, ease of use, running cost, scalability etc
Agree!
Use crewai, no wrapper but powerful af
But crewai requires dev somewhat right? It's not truly no code from what I've seen. Cassidy looks loads easier.
This is prompt engineering with a Gui interface.
Question tho, can you create custom workflows?
And can agents collaborate with each other?
Yes you can create custom workflows and you can include Assistants in the workflows 🙌
@@RickMulreadyshow us
@@strategy419 or try hard?
show us more about the workflow option
They’re super cool. Are you getting my AI-ify newsletter? I also do weekly workflows there.
So are these deployed on our websites or is this for internal use?..Im a little confused
You’d use them inside of Cassidy.
So, from what i understand. Is it now possible to us this to get a customer service email chat job and just have the ai do it all? Because that would be a dream
lol essentially yep
the future is HERE
It seems like it might be faster to just write an email
True, but Ai is faster to write 100,000 custom emails instantaneously 24/7 for nearly zero cost
You got a discord server? If not you should make one for your UA-cam community.
Just a suggestion
Appreciate that. I have a paid community on Skool launching this month.
So long human customer service, it feels like I barely knew you because robots are taking over.
Can you integrate Cassidy as an AI customer service representative in a Skype chat?
How does Cassidy compare to Make? It seems simpler but does it have the full functionality? Probs best just punching this question into ChatGPT 🤣
@ryanellison4884 haha, Make is a lot more robust, and I've used it (as well as Zapier), but I find Cassidy to be way more intuitive and simpler. You can also connect Cassidy, if you wanted, to Zapier (direct connection) or to Make via a webhook.
From what I can see, it’s a simplified version of some make workflow templates in a nice UI. Seems useful but not sure if it’s better to put the extra effort into just learning make as you can do a lot more on one platform and connect more apps. Cool though, I can see how someone could make a simple automation business out of this for the average business user.
Could you put your computer screen in dark mode? I can't see anything in light mode. Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback on that. Will do for future videos 🙌
@RickMulready I really enjoyed the video. I currently have paid accounts with both OpenAI and Anthropic. I can see how Cassidy would be valuable for accessing several models for the same workflow. And, the ability to store prompts that you want to re-use as assistants or agents. I really like that you have a prompt creator for both ChatGPT and Claude. Is there any chance that you would be willing to share the prompt creator prompt? Or perhaps, do a video to teach us how to create or own prompt creator!!!
I enjoy your no-nonsense teaching. Keep up the good work!
Hi Bruce, thanks so much for your feedback, really appreciate it.
Giving access to your email to 3rd party agents builder? Genius. Why would you do that, when there are literally 10's of local, self hosted options for agentic workflows with nice UI's?
Examples?
it be cool if it was all free
this software is a rehash if davinci.
Just blatant commercial for Cassidy
Happy to hear other tools that you like better for delegating work to. Thx for watching.
but still very informative thanks 🙏
If all you're trying to do is make a gotchya message, then you are currently holding yourself back.
The only thing that matters is not whether he gets money from Cassidy, it is IS THIS REALLY A GREAT AI AGENT SOLUTION!?
If so, then I'm glad he's getting paid. And I'm glad Cassidy is getting paid.
That's what should happen when you provide potential value to others.
Rick is the man, don't hate. Marketing podcast legend
you live in the past :D
The title is misleading, 😢
