Cool in theory but implementation is still lacking. Tried to take some word data and convert to actual numbers (the intent of excel / google sheets) and it just sat there and did nothing. When trying the example it worked, but it said lemons were lemons instead of yellow, lol. The Banana and Nectarine answers were correct though. Maybe we'll be at a good point in a year or two.
Hey Andile! It depends what exactly the clean up task is. Excel and Google sheets actually have built in tools to do things like get rid of blank rows or auto fill info. If you’re doing something like formatting text like (PAYP-INT => “PayPal”) then PromptLoop will save you a-lot of time if it’s messy data.
I tried the example with the fruit and got mixed results. I added the following fruits and got the corresponding results: Lemon - Yellow Banana - Yellow Nectarine - Purple Orange - Green Grapefruit - Yellow Cherry - Purple Mango - Yellow Dragon Fruit - Purple I then entered Apple again in the list and got Green instead of Red, which is what I put for the first Apple in the list and that was used to show the AI what I wanted to check by. Could I be doing this incorrectly, or is there a weakness in the system?
It seems good at replicating text, but not so great at analyzing numbers, even when a rubric/description of those numbers is referenced. Any thoughts on this?

Hi Valerie! The formula should not trim your text if the examples you provided are of the length you are aiming for. Would be happy to help if you want to connect here www.promptloop.com/docs/contact.

Can you clean up messy data e.g financial projections for a business plan?🤔

same here, I got:
Apple Red
Orange Orange
Kiwi Green
Plum Purple
Raisin Brown
Lemon Neutral
Banana Yellow
Nectarine Peach
tested today, Accuracy is 70% in some cases so if entries are 1000 then probably there would be at least 300 to be cross-checked

This show when i try login account " Access blocked: This app’s request is invalid "
Can It extract text from string ?
Yes - this is the sort of operation PromptLoop is great at. Just extract text from a few examples and you should be good to go!
I tried to use it for inferences but it didn’t really work.
Maybe it doesn’t work with Spanish.
Good luck!
It's great, does require a little cleaning up though
