How to switch off Google Assistant on earphones / headphones (wired or Bluetooth) + written steps ⬇️

How to stop Google assistant from constantly popping up when you change a song or increase / decrease volume or play / pause. Works 💯% on all android phones with Google assistant.
Written steps
1. Go to "Phone Settings".
2.Go to "Google" on some phones it may be "Accounts" then "Google".
3.Go to "Account Services".
4.Go to "Search, Assistant and Voice".
5.Go to "Google Assistant".
6. Scroll to "Devices".
7. Go to "Wires headphones" or "Bluetooth headphones".
8.Then toggle "Get help from Google" off.
9. All done

I turn it off, and it still works the same. Double click activates it now? Fuc technology. Not only is it still working, it won't just let me double click on my headphones to skip to the next song. I'm just gonna disable it. Helpful video for when they didn't force us out from customizing our settings like how I easily could as a teenager with an average, and quite possibly better, smartphone.
