@antehuniedejenie2431 From my point of view.I have information regarding specialisation, which is recognising your medical degree in one of Italian medical school with your transcripts & medical degree translated and legalised and Declaration of value. This works if you apply from the start as GP.

Hello. Yeah the passport is necessary to finish the second part of getting the ECFMG ID but, highly recommend finishing the first part (the one that does not require your passport ) before 2024 because they are suggesting that finishing with the notary can be possible even after 2024 if you start the process now. WDMS is for the USMLE, and I think most schools in Ethiopia are on that list, if your school is not on that list I think the process won't take more than few weeks You can still get it registered before 2023 ends, and you can get the ID so that the changes won't apply to you.
