Yup it was a good speech. It made me like him even more. I now believe that trump made a good choice. He agrees that the American people need more money to thrive and I don’t think that anyone can disagree with him. We can actually vet our immigrants under trump and Vance and that is a good thing. The 2028 election has good prospects for the future. Vance is on that ticket, pence is on that ticket, Vivek is on that ticket and Kim Ogg has my vote to be on that ticket as well. These candidates are for the people of America and I am proud to have such patriotic candidates.

Vance's answers are actually in dire need of fact checking! Off hand - Walz served 24 years and retired months prior to any notification of deployment in Iraq. Vance served about 4 years as a correspondent in public affairs. Calling Harris chameleon about her heritage is laughable; and accusing her of basing VP decisions on heritage is also bizarre. Walz is actually a great choice - very likable & genuine. Trump gave huge tax cuts to the wealthiest, which increased the deficit at unprecedented rates. The economy was growing at greater rates, and crime was lower both under Obama and under Biden. The economy had slowed under Trump even before the pandemic when it tanked. More people died in the US than in any other country due to Trump's poor pandemic response. Trump gave huge tax cuts to the wealthiest, which increased the deficit at unprecedented rates. Inflation was largely pandemic related, and under Biden / Harris the US lowered inflation in record time - with a pandemic recovery among the best of any nation. Egg-flation was largely due to avian flu. Biden / Harris administration had bipartisan legislation for a more permanent immigration solution that Trump stopped so that he could run his campaign on fear of immigration crime. Biden did enact an executive order to further reduce border crossings - but it was not the more extensive bipartisan solution that had been agreed on. Yes, some people are still struggling. The pandemic caused major losses, and in spite of Biden / Harris administrations herculean efforts, and major successes, there is still work to be done. But we are in far better shape than during the Trump administration. The House has been counterproductive since it came under Republican control - do we really want more extreme MAGA lies, chaos and obstruction?
