I made Ludens work on a 3-star Vex but I had an Augment that would level her up to Lvl 4 every fight. I also gave her the Bully Anomaly. It was insane.
I'd play a Nami there, sents + ez + nami, and u'd get +7 extra mana on hit. And best anomaly is for sure mana on kill, if you don't have lone hero. Cause with ludens, if you are vs 6 champs in the end of the fight, if u instakill 2 or 3, you get full mana and cast again instantly.
Had the exact same start and sadly I had another Singed augment guy keeping all my Luxes on his board, just so I couldn't hit. Even got the mage armor anomaly. Finally we both got 5th and 6th. He laughed first, but then got immediately elimanted after. Karma hit hard. I hit now ludens again in next game. Curious how it ends. Another contester in lobby xo xo Update: got 5th and he got 1st with 8 Sorcerer, luckily he hit Mel. But was fun, I had 6 sentitels (4 of them 3 star) and 4 academy with Jayce and again mage armor anomaly. Summary: if not contested, really fun to play and win. Otherwise only fun ;)

Mind blown. Mustard. Also, holy frick those Luden chains are satisfying, I do wanna say that mage armor might have been better or even the increased ap from all sources for more impactful casts even despite having manaflow and sated but it's hard to say. My first instinct was the increased ap.
Not too sure on this: Third augment, sedated mage or whatever, is nearly a BT right? So Double archangel and Ludens for BT as you have the augment is insane. But hear me out on the anomaly: Wouldn't magearmor be absolutley BiS ? You got frontline so Archangel can stack, as it stacks Magearmor gives you insane Resistance. You basicly have shojin with the manaflow so she casts a lot. The combination of Sedated (augment) and Ludens and ESPACIALLY magearmor should be far stronger than Lone hero right? Sure the chance of getting this exact settup AND the anomaly is probably similar to a 3 star 6 cost. But technicly speaking, i think it could be the strongest possible Unit (obviouly excluding 3star 5&6 costs) i don't think ANY 3 star 4 cost, exept mayyybe a lucky Elise cast, could win against it as they probably get killed by ludens before they even attack Lux. As said not too sure as i'm not that deep into all the mechanics and probably know much less than most of you guys. Just a thought that came up because of one of LeDucks videos he once did with Magearmor.
I don't think this anomaly was a good call. why in theory, the combo of the manaflow augment and attackspeed is nice, your lux does not do damage early in the fight. She really starts to pop of like... 12 seconds into the fight. and i think there are a few anomalys that just synergiezed better with the situation. Like, even a frontline anomaly to get the lux to the point where she can ludens proc through probably would have been better.
And i know, in hindsight that is easy to say, but maybe someone reads this comment and does not blindly repeat a decision you make and called optimal, without using their own brain

@@crohnaak bro, his frontline would melt earlier without headhunter there, and u wouldnt stack as much archangel in first place. With luden lux mage expert is the best, and then mage armor if u have strong frontlines. In this situation headhunter pretty much better because not only he has "mana overflow" he also has weak frontlines (no 3 star singed, no 3 star 2 cost etc). Luden lux is more about sniping the backlines, its very different than lone hero lux.

@@aoikishi99 With mage armor you also snipe backlines eventually because she will stack anyways and will give tons of damage anyways. You can always be sure she will do good solo, but you're never sure that your front line will live to the end, and considering that, it's better if she has some defense to help with the shielding and lifesteal. She will get the AP anyways, she has lots of damage to kill anything anyways, why that 40% AP is that worth it? That's my experience, man, the armor saves her, it doesnt matter if someone stuns her, it doesnt matter if there's an morgana, it doesnt matter if the frontline dies too soon and she only has 90 stacks, she will build more by staying alive and she can carry alone if she has the armor and mr to support her. You gotta trust her, only her.
Brotherman when I tried to hit Lux (3) I went straight to jail. I was dead last picking up the soap and then a brotherman came in 10 Enforcered me and finished first. He now calls me his brotherman.
