My dad has a Muslim friend and my dad believes in God and he’s gotten really into this fasting a.k.a. Ramadan it’s a whole month were you don’t eat from sunrise to sunset as a sacrifice to God and there’s many rules and Ramadan like respecting others, always telling the truth. Just things like that in my dad. It changed him every year. It does even though I’m too hungry to do it. I still give my respect to God because it’s truly a strong thing to do.🙂

If you eat something on accident you are still fasting but when you are chewing gum you spit it out FAST and you can like cook something but we usually do we put a carpet on the floor then we eat the food

If you want to Fast again, you've to take your breakfast at midnight (not before Sunrise). It's called Suhoor,
and Eat & Drink instantly after Sunset. It's called Iftaar.

As a Muslim, I advice you to perform Suhoor BEFORE the actual fast to not starve yourself lol. It's compulsory before fasting because OBVIOUSLY it's not healthy for anyone to survive with one meal a day. I LOVEEEE HOW U WERE SO STRONG MORE POWER TO U KWEEN
It’s not compulsory within Islam, if that’s what you meant.

@@Blue.clouds hi, if you want to fast you need to eat before sunrise and eat after sunset. Here in Pakistan you fast like 14 hours you can check the timings online you eat before fajar and break it at maghrib prayer

I recommend doing "sahur" wich is a term for preparing for fasting pratakly its you wake up at at least before 4.30 to eat something filling so you wont starve completely in the start of the day,anyway...Love from indonesia! Being a teen Muslim, Ramazan is a very sacred month for us, we eagerly wait for it, it is a time where we take a break from our busy lives and focus on our religion. Fast is beneficial in many ways physical, moral, while fasting we give our stomach rest and we learn self discipline and self restrain. As for Lala she is the sweetest, she has a great personality and the fact that she keeps us entertained with her consistent content💓, she is beautiful and has a good sense of fashion, it is really rare to find such good qualities in a single person, you are just cool and awesome. We really appricate you for recognizing our religion, it means a lot. I love that nowadays people are more educated about Islam and implement it. you have our support, keep on making such amazing vidoes, Girl power!💜💖(BTW I consider my self tall 5'6 , but you are way taller and I love it for I like tall people squad).

@@georgia927 no its fine, you feel like once its time to eat that u will drink the whole ocean and eat the whole everything but in reality u just drink a cup of water and a plate of food, fasting doesnt effect ur health at all, its actually really good for u and u get to feel how the homeless people feel and u take lots of deeds while fasting :D

Lala when I say the short for this I got really excited, so I decided to watch the whole video. After watching it, it made me feel really emotional on how there are people who are supporting us, instead of ignoring us and putting us down. I made everyone of my teammates (boys and girls) from soccer watch this video 3 times each. I made my relative starting from my 1st cousins all the way to 6th cousins watch the video 3 times each. Since I'm the treasurer of my school (I got to a muslim school) I get a lot of attention so I made all 300 if them watch this video 3 times(also, I checked there phones to make sure they watched it.) I made my friends from Palestine (muslim country) watch the video 3 times. So when I added all of that together that makes 1381 views. I love you>333
(also this took 30 minutes to make sure I got that calculation right.)
