If I remember correctly, I think if you look at the claw in your inventory or whatever (however you can get a 3D view of the object, I don't remember lol) there are markings on the claw itself you need to use on the door. Also, I think with the map being a different color, it's indicating there are multiple levels... I think. It's been a while lol
