Top job. How much can it possibly cost to put one of tgese cylinders in the loft of a new build to service 2 showers only. The rest of the hot water runs from combiboiler.
Hi Barry, the cylinder position was center of the house so no way to terminate the flue so couldnt put boiler there. plus gas pipe would of been an issue to. Made more sense putting it in kitchen cupboard.
Looks a lovely install! Real world plumbing! Out of interest did you fit an auto bypass before the zone valves out of shot? I always find the vaillants need them. Again, good job! 👍
Hi Greg, Thanks mate appreciate the nice comment. With the Auto bypass, we never fitted an additional 1 on this install, the Vaillant we used has its own bypass built into the boiler, but i know what you mean... they can be abit shyte... prob best to fit one on future installs....
hi loucas im an apprentice and I wanted to know if I wanted to separate 3 floors with zone valves for the central heating how many 2 ports will I need to instal is it 3 or 4
does cold water supply to the kitchen taps and all baths should be from the cylinder from pressure reducing valve or can it go direct from the main supply?
I thought i was neat, banging work bro👌
Came for the heat, stayed for the beats 🎧

Nice job bud , still have a few decent lads among us 👍

Why was the island sink connected with hard water? Great video mate
How did you wire up the secondary circulating bronze pump for the hw ? On timer or permanent or switch ?
Honest question as I’m learning. Why was the mains in not chased in and just clipped in?
Hi, for a 4 bedroom with 2 en-suites with a main bathroom and ground floor wet room... how many litres indirect unvented cylinder do I need?
Just wondered why when you was repositioning the boiler, didn’t you put it in the same room as the megaflow?

You would need 4 in total... 3 for the central heating... and 1 for the hot water cylinder.

The bollox of an install
Cheers Geeeeza
