I'm sorry to say but even back in 2013 Josh Hayes was past it, taking someone elses development seat. The AMA needs to be more cut throat and competitive
To whoever owns Road America : Ask Dorna for a GP. Cut a line of trees in some places to make certain run-offs areas bigger. Improve the paddock a bit. Make the first ever decent US GP This track is great; really fast, challenging, with awesome sections... you deserve MotoGp and the US GP needs you
The amount of TC on this class is just way too much. I mean, I am not there watching it live and I can feel the system cutting off the engine at the exit of turns
There may be room for him in WSBK. However, there's not a ride for him in MotoGP, and quite frankly, I'm not sure he'd be as competitive there as he is here. Plus, there's a LOT of Moto2 riders trying to move it, and it's only natural that they get dibs first and they already have experience at the international circuits.
This maybe an indicator as to why there is such little interest in AMA Superbike, they don't know when to promote. Well I can see from the leader at the top of the race end results that KTM is a sponsor of the race and the commentators make several references to KTM. But you have an AMERICAN motorcycle, EBR, Erik Buell Racing, in (with 3 bikes) and they hardly mention the brand and the riders. AND one of them finishes in 6 th place ahead of the f-en KTM, WTF. Jeepers man, "you're your own worst enemy', have you ever heard that expression, ffs. p.s. and EBR is from Wisconsin, 1 1/2 hrs. away!!!!
could never understand guys like josh hayes,, mat maladan,, why they never went to wsbk,, or motogp,,, took me right away from watching ama,, you only had to watch races for a few minutes and knew who was going to win,, great racing from 2nd back through the fields but boring other wise,,,, excitement for the fans is like wsbk was this year,, first 5 races,, 5 different winners, on 5 different manufacturers.. that's competition ,, that's excitement,, and fun to watch
Legend classic Race bring back the racing on CBS
Never thought I'd be so happy to hear Jonathan Green. Keep him around CBS/AMA. Professional commentator.

I wish Josh Hayes would've had today's Yamaha when Maladin and Spies were dominating on the Yoshi Suzukis.....Josh Hayes is the man win or lose.....
Oh I agree. I think josh vs mladin would've been great 😊
I'm sorry to say but even back in 2013 Josh Hayes was past it, taking someone elses development seat. The AMA needs to be more cut throat and competitive
THank you!!!!!
Hope AMA Pro Racing answers this - Why isn't their a Aprilia RSV4 in the Superbike races?? It seems it would put a good challenge to the R1.
was it raining early in the morning? i knew some were gonna wiped out
you could hear Martin's tc killing power even in the straights, maybe needed to tune that back a bit on the gxr.
Bonjour Aleks, j'ai netendu Canada?? u peux m'aider je suis un furieux du AMA et je reçois rien de France??? Merci d'avance. :)
Is one of the commentators Nicki Hayden?
Why weren't there any big names in this race?

Danielle writing off Pegram with a lap to go, damn girl!
I think the rea question is, WHY isn't Josh hayes racing in MOTO GP OR WSBK! I guess its good to be king.
Those Monster Energy bikes are sounding like MotoGP bikes. :O
Its the R1. They changed the firing order.
We miss Scott Russell racing
I would assume there isn't a sponsored team that runs aprilia that feels like competing in ama.
The amount of TC on this class is just way too much. I mean, I am not there watching it live and I can feel the system cutting off the engine at the exit of turns
I love mine!!!!!!
I live 10 minutes from that track
The RSV4 is an eligible bike to compete in but nobody is running it. That will probably change within a few years though.

The good about suzuki are the engines.. Yamaha with new technology but still have to compete with suzuki old tech
And kawasaki both

And I believe he did race in Moto GP 500 cc in '93.
