줄라이칼럼 디자인 철학의 영감과 근원은 세월과 이야기가 깃든 전통과 과정 그리고 장인정신이 존중받는 세대의 문화를 건강한 삶을 살아가는 그녀들의 모던 부티크 문화를 알리고자 하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 브랜드고유의 핸드페인팅 아트워크를 다양한 방식으로 표현하고, 환경을 고민하는 줄라이칼럼만의 친환경적 네추럴 칼라팔레트와 손수 손으로 짜여진 핸드니팅 기법, 이니셜을 형상화한 심볼장식 그리고 타임리스하게 여성들에게 사랑받는 클래식 실루엣들은 물론 역사가 담긴 서적속의 크래프트먼쉽 공법의 모던한 해석이 중심이 되었다.
탄생부터 세월을 함께 해가는 퀄리티라는 메시지를 담아 전통과 노력이 깃든 과정의 결과물을 쉽게 사고 버려지는 펜데믹 시대에 리테일에 대한 소비방식을 다시 한 번 생각해 보는 마인드 캠페인 메시지를 담아 레이디 줄라이칼럼과 그녀의 공간을 선보인다.
Hand-painted images on canvases were meticulously transferred onto fabrics using variety of methods and are implemented seamlessly into Lady Julycolumn's wardrobe. Environmentally conscious palette of natural colors were the result of careful consideration of sustainability and the implementation and the modernization of age-old hand knitting techniques that were handed down through generations represent Julycolumn’s fondness for nostalgic memories while helping to keep precious but obsolete hand crafts alive.
The collection focuses on efficient use of Julycolum’s initials that are molded into symbols, timeless silhouettes that are staples in women’s wardrobe and updating the crafts that can be found on collections of handed-down antique books.
