    BIO:
Frank Shamrock is an American former mixed martial artist. Shamrock was the first to hold the UFC Middleweight Championship (later renamed the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship) and retired a four-time defending undefeated champion. Shamrock was the No. 1 ranked pound for pound UFC fighter in the world during his reign as the UFC Middleweight Champion.[2] Shamrock has won numerous titles in other martial arts organizations, including the interim King of Pancrase title, the WEC Light Heavyweight Championship and the Strikeforce Middleweight Championship and remains the only athlete in history to hold titles in every major sports league.
He was named "Fighter of the Decade" for the 1990s by the Wrestling Observer, "Best Full Contact Fighter" by Black Belt magazine (1998), and three time "Fighter of the Year" by Full Contact Fighter Magazine. He is a Seventh degree black belt in submission fighting, awarded by O-Sensei Philip S. Porter of the United States Martial Arts Association.[3] He is the adopted brother of UFC Hall of Famer Ken Shamrock.
An author, entrepreneur, philanthropist and social activist, he also was a color commentator for Showtime Networks, Bellator MMA, Glory Kickboxing and Combate America's. Frank has been a brand spokesman for Strikeforce, VAS, UFC, and K-1 MMA and has advised on over 4.5 billion dollars in assets.
After retiring from MMA competition Shamrock retired in Southern California close to his place of birth and extended family.

What a great guy, Frank went from being a convict , to being loved, to being a champion fighter, now he is a wise teacher/speaker.
Fighting is probably the only thing that could have allowed him to grow this much , starting from a broken person.
Bob sounds like he was a great teacher too, he knew Frank should fight instead of strip, but he also knew Frank had to freely choose it.

I am from the Sikh faith, we are known as saint soldiers and have had many wars against tyrants, as we have been persecuted for our message of oneness for over 500 years. We believe in One creator but are respectful to everybody's path.
I have overcome a lot of struggle in my life due to my faith and martial arts. I don't know where I would be without these tools sent. Now watching my 6 year old living the life I wished for. Not got much in pocket but we have a loving humble home. I hope he gets inspired watching your tapes, you truly inspired me. Had I not broke my back I would of definitely competed.
Here I have a few Sikh mantras which I hope will be useful towards your meditation. Thanks again Sir, sorry I chose a gracie school for my kid. I really did not have a choice. Blessings to you and your family

This was really great. It gets me everytime I have so much in common that I have been through, and I am still going through. I hope I make it this year. It's my goal so I can start giving back. I always wanted to help others. I was for a long time and wasnt focusing on myself. It made me feel good to help someone, but wasnt helping me get further, like money for Gas for my SUV, or Service Dog Food., Money for sneakers because I walk with a cane and I need good foot wear to walk better... But I want to get content so I can go out and talk to people and help. I have so much to offer.... I grew up in Foster Homes from 4-8, then was adopted at 8, But had problems at home, because of my adopted father, he was very abusive, and no one believed it was him. I was the screw up all of the time I was told by my adopted parents. But I was only a kid. I was given up on by them and they were glad to see me leave at 14, they didnt want me. I have so much I have been through... I care about other people and know what pain is. It is a terrible thing to have at an early age. If it wasnt for me finding Frank Shamrock and getting Big Into UFC, & Seeing the original MMA UFC Champions, Like Frank, when I was 31 I would have killed myself long time ago...
