I mean, she is always nice, ALWAYS. Even when she doesn't like it, she is so classy voicing her opinion about it. She is not in any PR list, it honestly is not fair

I feel like the foundation she chose was definitely too light for her skin color right now but at the same time I think it melted into her skin as the video went on and started to match a bit better 🤔 .....I like that.
you were probably getting used to the look of it. also when you start putting on more product foundation slowly doesn’t have full attention anymore.
She did say it was lighter but she did get it online and sometimes people dont get the right shade

@@meinkanta She is pretty light and sometimes they look light in the bottle and when u get them its darker. It wasn't the case here. Its not her fault
I think mainly it was too yellow toned. You can especially see it when she first puts some streaks on her face. Mia probably needed a more neutral light foundation. Then again, i dunno how many color options selena had on the website.

Whenever I see youtubers say "oh I didn't realise I got this", "oh I forgot what I got" or "oh, how did I get two shades in this". Im like lmaooo I dig up research about ONE product that I MIGHT purchase for a week and then carefully order that ONE product after tons of overthinking.

mia you should make a 3M sub special where your subscribers send you links to crazy/unique/"ugly" clothing items and you have to order them, maybe upcycle them, and try to style them!!!

if you want the “illuminating/glowy look”, you should try skipping powder. 🙃 maybe take a look at korean make up tutorials.

Sunshine Hope you could use a setting spray instead of powder maybe?
Callie Cole setting spray is a good option but most people prefer powder for their under eye concealer for example. That way it doesn’t crease.
The hourglass ambient lighting powders are also great for a glow from within look
my skin is oil city but i do love to look more glowy than matte these days. So I lightly powder my whole face, but then I also use Fenty's what it dew setting spray. It melts the makeup and makes me look dewy without being too shiny. And it holds pretty well throughout the day. After several hours i don't look too greasy, just a healthy glow
I always watch Mia’s make up reviews - I often feel like the “normal” beauty gurus are so biased 😓😓😓
I do too however when she said and "it's made by selena so it's good" I feel like alot of people are blinded by celebrities that they aren't as critical. I love that she's always positive though regardless. Some gurus love to hate, she definately isn't one of those. And she didn't really mention how she felt about pricing. It's quite expensive...

There's been so many mixed reviews on her products, and my broke booty couldn't afford it all during this time, but I did get the foundation brush and it's AMAZING!! Love the shape and texture of it and applies really well!!

It could also be the lighting. I watched a Robert Welsh video on make up in natural light vs lights used for YT videos. Its just something a lot of UA-camrs don't really mention.
It is actually quite pigmented. I think it is the lighting that makes it look like it's not pigmented

True.. But Rarebeauty is a lot cheaper than other celebrities brands and /or brands from Sephora tho.... I have seen foundations cost 40 dollars + and they are smaller than Rarebeauty's... Everything in Rarebeauty is 29 dollars and under ... I feel its at a fair price compared to the quality
