When I first saw this tower I thought it was ugly, but after months of it popping up in my feed, I gotta say it has grown on me and I like the way it looks now.
I think is very interesting how part of Manhattan's tourism propaganda is the famous skyline, yet they allow it to be ruined. Also, people don't realize the extent of things like this; part of making a city socially healthy is preserving class interaction and overall aesthetic, which sounds crazy but is true. Once you create a slogan like "billionaire's row" that is inaccessible to most and build such an ugly building that completely breaks how the local community looks at the city, you force this community to not feel completely at home therefore not value the city nor feel the responsibility to care for it. Allowing some small d*ck guy to build something like this really goes to the extent of damaging your city as a whole solely because the building is ugly.
I toured three units in this building when it was first released to the public. EVERY condo is spectacular but of course, the higher you go the more amazing the views. I have seen it many times with the top ten or so floors in the clouds. I can't imagine what that must be like visually!! Overall, one of the best buildings and apartments in the city.

Exquisite in every single way...Heavenly! Kelly Behun, you are the best!
She's so educated and really smart I can listen to her any day ... I wish one day she can design my tree house lol
From 2:14 to the end is my favorite part of the video, reveals something that I been drawing in my mind for very long time..
I'll take it.
mr breast give me money
Trust me you don't want it

Absolutely unbelievable.. Best view I have EVER seen..its like living in a hot air balloon..
That view is spectacular.. I don't have $80mil to buy this apartment so I will just enjoy it on my 4k TV.. it feels so real just like being there in person.. $8k was such a wise investment in this TV!!
lol
If you paid 8 grand for a 4k TV you got robbed. Got mine (Vizio 60 in) for like $500
@@just_cade lol I got a 55 inch samsung 4k ultra HD tv on sale for $498... 8k for a 4k tv? Ripped off so bad...
@@wtfareperfectplaces no dude they're all the same quality... and yea they might not be the same size but before 4k tvs were really expensive... Ever heard that the more people buy the more the prices goes down? Lol

I see this video like 2 times per week, and I’m still loving it. How much this inspire me to live someday in NY. I love this city 🤩
Ima be there one day
Holla!!
leguaani123 I know you can!
sweeping maybe...
every time I return to watch this video (because I watch it very often) it gives me a feeling of sadness and despair combined with melancholy, maybe to anyone it seems like an amazing and beautiful space, but i feel much more indescriptible things, I can't imagine all the feelings I'd have if I was there, just imagine waking up and watching that 1:59, it's unbelievable.
same here bro I know exactly what you mean. I just day dream thinking what it would be like to Uber wealthy/win lotto and be able to live in a place like this.
Don’t feel so bad, read this article and see what living there is REALLY like, how would you like it if your apartment was flooded? Or if the elevator stopped working? Or if the noise was so loud to the point where you couldn’t sleep?
@@Pv488 yeah! Exactly, It's really a dream, you know what the funniest thing is? that the owners of these condominiums, (at least a large number) do not even live there and it is only one of many properties that they have.
@@snowman2149 That's true, I have read that the building has many problems, it is a bit disappointing, and more for the owners of the highest condominiums, considering that they are the ones who paid the most, but if it didn't have any of these problems it would be without a doubt one of the best places to live, NYC is a beautiful city, those views are amazing.
Extraordinary.
@Micheal Prendergast describing your face?
The work for this place is superb, love it.
There’s something so peaceful about being 92 floor up yet something very scary about it. Feel like I would get nose bleeds at the high altitude
Im speechless, this is breathtaking
A building that sways in the wind. Hopefully that building has some amazing plumbing. All that movement at that height must loosen up those pipes.
Kelly's vision and story shows design is her passion. I hope to hire you one day lady!! :-)
The German newspaper Der Spiegel estimated that the majority of the units would remain unoccupied for more than ten months a year.
*GOOD!!!!!!!!! I’ll be the only one occupying it enough for it to be called home.*
Yeah, they are commonly used as pied-a-terres or investment properties.
She fell in love so much with this home, she ended up having it for herself, so beautiful.
That is a gorgeous space. 🙌🙌🙌
this didn’t age well
this video is so beautifully done
Just beautiful! But with all the luxury condo construction going on, how long until all of those spectacular views will be into someone else's living room.
What a lovely view from the penthouse.
$5,000,000- Penthouse Design, Private Designers, Modeling and visual aesthetic
$25,000,000- Man Labor at such ridiculous heights
$50,000,000- The View
wow. This is another level of lux and comfort. Thanks for sharing good apt, view & explanation!
Один из самых красивых небоскрёбов в мире.
Как здорово, что его построили в таком красивом городе.
You know the editor is hella good when I almost cried watching an apartment tour
Swell Entertainment brought me here! 🤣
Wow just wow. This literally calmed my nerves I didn’t know I had
beautiful talented woman.
Bravo.. WOW INCREDIBLE VIEW yet home
That bitch is murked
Peter Zonis where is that accent of hers from its fucking awful and so fake.
Talented? Where? in the crotch? Loser
put your squirter away
the interior looks so beautiful, feels like an actual home and not like many others that are just sterile and cold
1:37 late in the day there’s something incredible that happens in the master bedroom-

Wowzers! Just beautiful!
Slight Drew Barrymore lookalike
*Drew Barrymore is a bisexual and should be outed and SHUNNED in public streets for being LGBTQ. Gay people are so gross, disgusting, and all have AIDS. Paris Hilton told me.*
Who in there right mind would think that watching the lights of the city was more beautiful than watching the stars at night?
She’s a great interior designer
I am going to stay here for a month or two.. cant wait
I'm here from 432 hate tiktok
I absolutely enjoyed the video and views. This is the place for me. I will be moving in soon.
take me there plz
EXQUISITE. Completely breath taking.
The winning view overlooking the street at night WOW.
I really love the work of the young woman. It's fine, elegant and sober (except for the green leaves in my kitchen,
I prefer real flowers from Amazonia).
Kelly Behun expresses herself very delicately and aptly on
his work and the different luminosities of the day.
The only thing she does not mention are smells and noises, sounds.
Do we hear the wind or the hubbub of the city?
In any case, she respects this sentence of the great scuptor Brancusi. "Simplicity is resolute complexity".
My friend lives here, it's beautiful
The whole space is gorgeous. It’s a pity though, that the entire building blocks the light in parts of Central Park.
Damn. Absolutely breathtaking
