Well at the end of Act 3, he is an adult, so it's likely that Nicky continued his life normally once he got past his childhood, there is still more story to be told though when it comes to his younger self.

hello guest was the first name and version of hello neighbor 2, hello guest was about the guest following you when you could run around freely in the map and in hello neighbor 2 he is just around the house and doesnt follow you all the way
Hello Guest and Hello Neighbor 2 aren't really the same thing. They are part of the same game but they are completely different, and seeing as tons of people preferred Hello Guest (myself too) over Hello Neighbor 2, I put them separately. Also in Hello Neighbor 2 the guest does roam freely in the open world if Quentin goes far from the house, but in Hello Guest you aren't breaking into an attic, and it's a bit more complicated.
