I've been pretty lucky getting those i guess but oddly enough every new flak playthrough i get a mid 30's level one in a vending machine it's pretty crazy. Congrats on getting it it's a nasty grenade mod
It always struck me as a bit daft that we get a chest full of (almost) guaranteed high-quality loot at the end of the story... right when the story encourages us to turn on Mayhem levels, immediately making the chest irrelevant. If only they just moved the mayhem mechanic one quest up.
Another random fun fact sledge's shotgun went from a purple jakobs shotgun in bl1 to a legendary bandit shotgun in bl2 now it back to being a jakobs but it's legendary now.
