I love the female lead sooo much, her English name is called Seven Tan, Chinese name is 谭松韵，skilful talented actress in acting, really strongly recommend y'all to watch her fav best dramas "the eight (2020)", "under the power (2019)" and her upcoming dramas more to come! In this drama the fox's summer she is beautiful, adorable and I think she portrayed the character PERFECTLY, even though the character had her flaws and bad parts, I couldn't hate her, it was too lovable the way she acted the whole character out. I think only she can act this role, and they chose the right actor. So lively and the way she acts, uses her voice, expressions, emotions, because this role is a complex role (hard to say all at one go now), many details to consider, so I think she did it perfectly. :)
I'm rewatching this, because I miss this kind of drama. This was the first chinese drama I've watch when I was in college and I was love at first sight of Tan song yun especially her acting, she's so funny and good in acting and she's the reason why am I into Chinese drama.

WEll, finally finished watching all 44 ep and this will be one of most favorite dramas to rewatch again. All the actors were very, very good. You will not be disappointed at all, but I must warn you the last three eps will have you in tears. This is a must-watch drama
