Good video, thank you. Handy that Mercedes stamp the part number for the filter on the cap. One question, where do the 2 copper washer go please? I know one is for the drain plug on the sump, but I’m always baffled why there are 2 copper washers (different sizes) in the box with the filter.
Well because the copper washers came in the box with the oil filter I would have thought they would be for the sump as well, but I had already fitted a new one so I didnt use any of them. I think mercedes stamp a lot of parts, and as you say thats really good they do that.
