@@nickarooroo6397I guess he does need personal investment in terms of his build but he has arguably the most flexible teams in the game. Which pretty much makes up for his personal building
@@RaikamiXSomehow Jingyuan got buffed every update unintentionally, FUA Set released, he can get stunned so Fu Xuan is his best team, he finally can use ATK boots and have buffed with sparkle, and Jade Jingyuan combo is actually disgustingly powerful, since he attack everyone with skill and lighting lord. Also these past few patch Break effect and FUA it seems to be the meta
@@baron-chan6484 Allegedly we are getting into summons meta during 3.0+ so he's bound to get some indirect buffs again. Of course he will never be SSS+ tier but it's nice when older characters aren't fully forgotten by the devs.

If you have fu xu sig, she can apply some buff, else her only buff is the Crit chance that jingliu don't need...unless you're using stronger support
