A fantastic message. My personal application here is that we have the potential to live our best life in whatever stage we are at. Sometimes we think this moment is the best stage but it gets better. Sometimes we are waiting and working for that "one day" when it will get better. For me, even with the daily routines and things we are doing to move each day along with our family and kids, the busy busy, the craziness, the daily efforts we are making, that right there...is my best life. I once heard a great man say something to the effect of "when you have children, that's when real life starts";). Thank you, Ben!

What an amazing way to wake up in the morning, a song to listen to on the way to work during a crappy weather drive, at the beginning of class when my students are walking in. It just doesn't fail!.... AND my daughter has made it one of the most played songs in the house :)

Lately I thought my life was pretty shitty and I was listen to satellite radio sports station and they played this song on the intro and I instantly start crying in my car way to work. It was crazy I have never heard of him but. I look up the whole song and listen to it and I thought to my self maybe my life isn't so bad. So I got to keep getting my steps in. And keep waking up next to my friend.
