Camtasia Studio 7 was used to make this video. (I have problems with version 8) - Some of the older videos were done with Camstudio and edited in MovieMaker or QuickTime Pro. Mac videos were done with Snapz Pro and edited with QuickTime Pro. Microsoft still offers VSE 2010. It will work with Vista.
Thank you teaching me that VSE will not run on Vista. So, I will get Windows 8. Can you tell me what video recording software do you use to make your videos?
I followed what you said as far as inputting the action to change the label1 to Tutorial 1 when the button is clicked, but it tells me "There were build errors. Would you like to run the last successful build?" If I click yes it just populates a run error and does nothing
Bradley C never mind. I guess I had to put a semicolon at the end or it wouldn't work. Not sure if this is because I am using the updated version on visual studios or not. I did exactly as he did in the video, but wouldn't run without the semicolon.
I wish I saw this earlier. I wasted hours over this because VSE 2012 will happily install on a incorrect OS like Vista. When running it, a warning box will say "cannot find one or more components. Please Reinstall the application.". So you waste further hours using the repair install utility. None of this detects your OS which would have saved hours. So much for the User Experience check box.
Hi, does anyone know how to put a LINK at the end of a video in UA-cam, which upon clicking on the link will jump you to a second video?? i.e., how to guide a viewer to a "continuation" video, from one to the next?? I've seen this on some videos, but can't figure out how to do it. Thank you, if you reply. Eu gostaria de saber se voce fez "monetization" dos teus videos aqui no UA-cam.

You've made VB easier than has my own Instructor. Thanks.
