Absolutely ADORE Deanna! Seen her many times in and around DC and the close-in MD/VA 'burbs. Very good sax player - but even better on piano. Cool, raspy blues voice. Terrific band leader, charismatic and cool on stage. Met her a couple of times - very sweet, very appreciative of her fans. Had a terrific backing band for a long time (featured Eric Scott on bass/vox). Get her CDs, especially Deanna Bogart Band Live. That one is KILLER!
