Wow just gotta say I do need to work on form more when it comes to wide curl, feel like I got curl circles down now love the straight and alternating curls. And even though I had to drop down to 10s a few times I was able to stick to the 15s for the most part.

It's probably during the wide curls or the alternating tension curls, coz thats when this forearms looks pumped. How do i stop those forearms from becoming activated. Thanks Mike. You're the one.
Don’t hate on yourself!! Decreasing excess rest is one of the main progressional methods for this style of training. Keep up the hard work, you got this! 💪🏻👽

It’s optimal to follow day 1 through day 30 doing the workout of the day once. We increase in intensity each round over these 30 days for overload. Progressional methods are increasing weight, increasing reps, and limiting excess rest!
