For the beginner tier, an often forgotten but useful vehicle is the Patrol bike. If you give it a level 5 engine, it has crazy acceleration and amazing handling. Its top speed is like 130-140, but the acceleration greatly makes up for it. It’s basically the volt bike but cheaper.
my suggestion for beginners is the Shell Mark-5 it has a great speed(faster than el matador at lvl 5 engine) it can be spawned without garage gamepass and it only cost 92k
I prefer challenger 59k after desert crawler 229k coz it has good accel and has an overdrive feature after that roadster / successor or maybe 1m volt or heli never buy drone

this video came out 4 hours before the Scorpion was released. If you have 2 million, you should definitely buy it because it will have high-ish value in trading, but I wouldn't recommend using it to many players because the acceleration is a bit uncontrollable and the speeds above 300mph aren't really that useful.

Jet is the most fun 1 mil vehicle and since the missiles lock onto enemies, it makes allows for u ti do dog fighhts witj other players. A tip with aiming with the jrt is slowing down so u have more control while aiming
I own eclaire, successor and volt but the vehicle I use the most is venom it’s not the fastest but for me it’s cool looking vehicle and it’s best feature.. afterburner though when it comes to powerplant I use volt now saving for the upcoming limited I also got venom for free in my alt acc after opening a drop then getting a criminal crate then traded it to my main acc
