Update! RPF sent me the correct plant and I opened it up in a live yesterday here: ua-cam.com/users/livecghWBWsW-eo?si=1THmng8ve-vexxep. They also included a free monstera which was nice of them. I was upset but understand things happen. I have the right plants now so I'm happy 🫶
You are totally valid for being upset, however it was clearly an obvious mistake. Glad to know the customer service is immaculate and fixed it immediately. I didn’t expect anything less with this company due to their reputation. Usually a simple email will do the trick and it did. I’d also assume they’d ship the replacement in the same manner you ordered it. ❤ can’t wait to see it.
I love them, too, though some have been a little more eventful than expected! 😬 At least they didn’t accidentally send the aurea to someone else! Hopefully the unboxing goes a little smoother than this one🤞🏼
I love your new Alocasias babies and I hope they both give you tons of corms. The Monstera looked pretty and I'm thankful they are sending you the correct plant right away. Thank you for sharing 😁
Your editing cracks me up, the penguins 😂 I was so caught off guard. I’m glad the shop is doing its best to make everything right for you! 💕 But seriously, I love your humor. Thank you! 🤣
All wishlist plants of mine! That's so exciting!! I'm so happy for you ❤❤❤ I'm glad that they're making it right with the mixed up plants! Hopefully the Aurea gets to you quickly & safely as well! ☺️
Love all your $$ plants, was just a human mistake we make them but it was a reaction and on camera. Nice that you came back to say something about it. Love all your purchases even the return on. My favorite was the 1st plant. Enjoy❤
Im sorry that happened to you. Im sad to see it. but understand things happen. I bought a plant once and the seller emailed me after a few days and told me they lost the plant I bought and were sold out of it. They gave me a refund but I understant that disappointment. Im glad the plant you ordered is still what you will get. I recently bought an aurea from RPF but I did pickup as I'm in Detroit MI. Im glad that it's going to get fixed as they've got a great team over there. I saw you aks if they have in store shopping and they do. They have a gorgeous living plant wall and alot of rare plants grown to maturity. It's an awesome plant shop to visit.
I don’t blame you for reacting the way you did. They sent me the wrong plant too. They sent me a tiny starter that was labeled wrong. They told me to put in a moss pole so it can grow. But, the plants were happy and healthy and that’s enough to make me happy
I ordered a plant off Etsy and was sent the wrong plant. The seller said they would sell it to me at a 50% discount if I kept it, otherwise I could repackage it and send it back. It was a $25 plant and I didn’t have time to repackage it and take it back to the post office so I kept it. It still makes me angry that they asked me to purchase a plant that I did not want instead of just letting me keep it.
Oh man the first one you opened is exactly what I want. The variegated dragon scales are so gorgeous. I'll be anxiously waiting to try and get one of the babies 😆
Hi girly. Congrats on your gorgeous new plants. I just ordered from green escape and had the same issue. They sent me the wrong plant. But they were amazing in how they handled it and I would most definitely order from them again because of that. We all make mistakes, but I totally understand the frustration. They basically handled it the same but I didn’t have to return the plant. Albeit, it wasn’t a super expensive plant either. Anyways I hope all is well and I want to get one of your anthurium hybrids. I hope I can get one they sell so fast! Sending love from FL!
Well, yes, they would eat the cost, but it’s their mistake. It should be sent overnight. Why should you pay for their mistake? I get that mistakes happen, but with only 3 plants and the rush shipping-it’s not hard to double and triple check orders that are shipped out.
yeah still bummed about it but I know mistakes happen. At least they have it and can still send it to me. Hopefully, I get it soon and it's not in the mail for long.
Same thing happened to me with RPF and I had the same response. I was so disappointed as well, I’m sad to hear this is still happening to people. I literally cried cause I’m so dramatic but it was a wish list plant so girl I understand!!!
oh no, sorry it happened to you too 🥹 I don't think it will prevent me from ordering again but l'll be worried I'll get sent the wrong plant next time. Nothing wrong with crying! It's a lot of money to spend to get excited about a package and then it's not what you ordered. I almost cried too 🥲
I know some plant shops ask this of customers because they want it back to resell it. I personally would never ask for a plant back and to make a customer go out of their way but that's just me!
Yeah no, anytime a seller comes with that on Etsy, I escalate it. I feel that it is disrespectful, if you provide pictures/evidence that it’s not in the condition, as promised that you should be fully refunded and if the seller asks for it to be returned, or not not even offer a refund it’s kind of like… really? 🤨Especially if you’re a loyal customer smh
I was scrolling through the comments looking for this because I can’t imagine asking a customer to do that - most people don’t know how to package plants either ?!
I love a rare plant fairy. And their customer service is really great I’m sure they will get it sorted out very quickly. But those are some beautiful plants and I order from them all the time and they’re really good with customer service
Glad they are sending you the plant you ordered it annoying though. The alocasias are stunning and the pink variegated black velvet is top of my wish list but I too love monstera my Thai con is my favourite plant and just got an aureara only a baby but u love it
Omg, I literally just got a pallidaflorum from them and had a great experience. The packaging was immaculate! I haven’t watched the whole video but the thumbnail made me think you were talking about the Green Escape. They sent me 2 of the wrong kind of begonia in the same order. Thankfully they were able to refund me the one they sold out of and send me the correct replacement for another. Back to watching the video. I just had to say that lol.
On the bright side it provides more content for you to film 😂. I love watching the joy plants bring to people! (I’m surprised they asked for it back tho).
Oh my gosh those plants are gorgeous! I have ordered from RPF a few times and have very good experiences. They are actually only a little over an hour from where I live so I do have the option to pick up my order, but I usually do the shipping option because I usually get it the next day after it has shipped. That sucks that they sent you the wrong plant. Im glad they are making it right and hopefully they ship your plant how you originally paid.
Thank you! oh my goodness I would be tempted to shop there all the time being that close. Do you know if they allow in store visits at all? I would be drooling over all the plants lol.
@@plantsbymelissaI would love to go and look at their plants as well! I have followed RPF since she started her business in her apartment. I actually got my Monstera Aurea from RPF last December it was my birthday gift to myself. I think they do have special events which allows people to come into their showroom. But other than events I believe they are basically ecommerce.
I am doing my first market in a week so hoping to start making some money back soon! Many of mine definitely originated in the pandemic period as well! lol
The alocasias were STUNNING! 😍 also, you were not overreacting whatsoever! It’s definitely disappointing :/ I hope your monstera aurea makes it okay! 🤞🏽❤
I hope they send it one day shipping.Good thing they are honoring the sale. However, i see why fell into with those Alocasias. The variegation on the dragonscale is immaculate ❤.
First off! I love your videos. Those variegated Alocasia are stunning, I’m a little obsessed with them at the moment and hopefully will be able to sell some babies this summer. I’m sorry that you received the wrong plant. I know it happens but it does muddy up the high of an unboxing. Have a great day
Thank you so much! The variegated ones are stunning! 🤩 I just love all alocasias lol. I was disappointed but understand things happen. At least they sent me the right monstera so I'm happy!
Wow!! You’re making me want one variegated dragon scale 😂 I’m itching to search for it but I’m going to wait 🤞🏼 for Mother’s Day! The ABVPV is been on my wish list for a while! Yours are outstandingly beautiful! Bummer they messed up on the Áurea, it is very disappointing, I got disappointed many times on Plant mail, but still order online, now I just try to order from the ones that I got great plants and shipping! ♥️🌱💚
I order online all the time it’s more convenient for me and I have access to more plants that way. I’ll still order from them but just a little disappointed. Don’t go searching you might just buy it 😂 I get in trouble that way 🫣 the black velvet is absolutely perfect 😍
ugh! i feel the same way! they should not have messed that order up, i was ready to order from there until you opened the last one and it was a mistake. They messed up big time, they had no idea you were gonna unbox publicly😆. love your videos BTW
It was a mixup so I understand things happen! I was disappointed because I spent so much but at least they sent me the right plant! It came yesterday :)
leca and pon are both semi hydro so I wouldn't do leca first - it seems I would just go straight to pon if I did that. I like to slowly transition them so lessen shock so water or stratum first then pon :)
The Alocasia are incredible! Can you share why you would move to stratum before pon, please? I have a rare plant fairy Alocasia that’s acclimating now that I’m planning to move to pon as well❤
Just to reduce any possible shock. Changing substrates can be a lot of stress on the plant so I would rather it grow some healthier roots in stratum first. All of my stratum transfers have done so well!
Are you going to do an update video on your ZZ plant you repotted several months ago ? You were saying in that video the soil was of a poor quality and you repotted it using sol soil chunky mix houseplant soil.
If you haven't seen my plant update videos I do them every couple of months! My last one was in Feb - I go around to my entire collection and share updates. The ZZ plant was rotting in sols and I rehabbed it and now it has 4 stalks growing with new ones on the way now that spring is here.
me too! It will be exciting to grow them out! I wanted to go ahead and get them now because I know it will be a little while before I get corms to come in.
When I saw the first plant, I was telling myself she should have gotten the pink variegated black velvet and bam your second plant was just that. Definitely investment plants and well deserved.
The Alocasia are beautiful! But when you opened the third one I thought to myself ..why would she order another Albo? Lol I hope your get your Aurea asap! ❤
I would be upset too 😭 I really hope they will rectify their mistake and please give us an update once you get the Aurea! The two alocasias are beautiful so I hope they will give you some peace and happiness while you wait for the Aurea. I can't wait to see how the grow ❤
They had it packaged in paper inside the insulation but I have a lot of packing materials since I ship plants too so I'll just make sure to protect the leaves and place it back in the insulation and box it came in.
Nope. Not making a big deal at all Melissa! Glad they’re making things right. I hope that they ship your Aurea quickly. Now as for your other two plants… Oh my gosh! You got two variegated alocasias. Yay! They are beautiful. Congrats on adding them to your collection.
Beautiful alocasia. Those variegated varieties are so pricey but truly, gorgeous. Just curious how long you acclimate new alocasia before moving them to stratum (or other potting medium)? I’m currently acclimating my Dragon’s Breath, and super anxious about the future repot. 😬 Hope the new babies are getting on well and that your Aurea arrives in perfect shape! 💚🪴
Thank you! They’re so pretty! 😍 I try to give them a week but it really depends on me 😂 sometimes if I want to do a video I have to wait until I can film. Sometimes I transfer right away but since these are a little more pricey I’m anxious to disrupt them 🫣 Once they’re in stratum I let them be for a while - sometimes months before I move to pon. My heterophylla was very sensitive to watering so I can definitely understand being anxious. It did well moving from stratum to pon though. I tried soil to pon and all the leaves melted. Wishing you the best of luck with yours and that it acclimates well! 🙏🏼
@@plantsbymelissa thanks for the tips and well wishes! Much appreciated, and after all, my heterophylla baby is from your plant shop, (from the 2nd plant drop 😊) so, it’s good to know how things went with mom plant. I’m hoping if I just go slow, it will be able to handle it. 😬🤞🏼It’s just hard when they are still little, the leaves are pristine, and you really don’t want to see crisping or worse, you know? It’s like when you get the first ding on a new car. 😂 Anyway, looking forward to seeing how these sparkly alocasia grow, and maybe one day, babies will be available in the shop, eeeep! I’d love to own a variegated Dragon Scale eventually. Both babies are just gorgeous.
Beautiful Alocasias but the Aura, i would also be upset and you should ask them about the shipping. Its there mistake. Thank you so much for sharing this and please give us updates when you receive the actual plant you purchased 😊
I would also send a follow up email to make sure that they sent the Aurea via overnight express mail. It’s only fair. We all make mistakes, but it’s also our responsibility to make it right, especially when it comes to expensive rare plants.
Yes, all shops should ensure what their sending to us is what we bought. I would be upset too its so frustrating especially the money you forked out and shipping. I am glad it worked out, but I am crossing my fingers that they do you right by sacrificing their money for their mistake and send it UPS.
I'd be upset too. I hope that you get the same Aurea you fell in love with. These things happen, but It's always extra upsetting when you spent a lot more money than you'd normally spend. On the bright side, you only truly get to know a company when something goes wrong.
It was under that hehe but it's a lot of money, yes! Definitely rare for me to spend that much on a plant nowadays but I worked really hard for it and wanted to treat myself 😁
I used to love RPF, but the last two orders have been straight garbage and she charges way too much to deal with rehabbing and re-rooting plants. Never buy Hoyas from them, they ship in this chopped up moss and perlite combo, absolute disaster when it comes to up-potting. My obovata I bought came rooted in perlite only, the roots had overgrown so much they were 3 inches hanging out the bottom and all those roots had rotted in transit. I emailed them twice asking for a refund because I killed the roots trying to remove it from the busted ass cup it came in....still no response.
oh no so sorry about that! It's upsetting to not have a good experience and for them to not get back to you. I can understand why you wouldn't purchase from them again after that. I hope obovata can make a comeback for you 🙏
Girl, insist that they send the plant via one-day shipping, on the house. If you paid for a heat pack, it should be included, as well, free-of-charge. It is not unreasonable to insist on this. The mistake was theirs, they should not have a problem making this right. Their response to you will separate the milk from the cream.
I almost wasn't going to watch. Ik you'd get my number one wishlist plant. I'm trying so hard to be good bc it's so expensive. I'm happy for you but I'm not gonna lie super jealous. Lol.
I bought a alocasia Jacklyn. Came with 3 leaves. And two fell off. Leaves look translucent. I emailed plant fairy. They have not responded. 3rd leaf is dead too
oh no I'm so sorry that happened and they haven't gotten back to you 🥲 It may have experienced some stress from shipping. I would personally pop that stump into some stratum and make sure it gets some light and it should come back for you 🙏
It starts at 17:20 if you want to just see the wrong plant the title is about. I will be happy when plant videos will be more succinct and edited down to the point.
Good luck trying to be happy then. Not everyone likes super edited short videos stefano. That’s the beauty of creating content, you get to do what you want.
@@plantsbymelissa the millennial plant daddy made a funny video on the issue of plant videos. I understand a long audio podcast that I can listen to while walking somewhere or while doing my dishes. Or some visually compelling tour of amazing botanical gardens or a visual masterpiece movie. But these videos would benefit of a more succinct and tight edit, maybe up to 10 minutes. I don’t need to see the opening of the box in real time. I love the slow paced, long movies of Andrey Tarkovsky. I can watch the whole 3 hours of those visual masterpieces. I have been growing plants since 2011 and I really appreciate the opportunity to share experiences and learn from other growers who are more knowledgeable, and to see a video of a plant that is more informative than the listing photos. I appreciate UA-camrs like pretty in green, plant gay for life, kill this plant and others that keep the videos informative. I understand that longer videos may bring more ad revenue (although I pay for UA-cam premium to not see them, but using the blade tool on the timeline when editing keeping the relevant parts is something I appreciate and respect. In any case the seller should have offered you the option to keep the wrong, more expensive plant, acknowledging they made a mistake. But they would really appreciate if you were willing to send it back, and offered you a gift card or a free plant for the inconvenience.
@@uribheidi My original comment was short, to help viewers who wanted to get to the point. What is longer is the reply, to explain why I posted it. The line breaks may make it appear longer, but also help who reads it. Anyway it does not take 20 minutes to read it. My original comment was short. It is faster to scroll through the comments than thorough a long video, when there are no chapters. Anyway I do not like super shorts vdeos "youtube shorts". But many long videos could be edited down to about 9 minutes.
Oh my goodness! Why is there always something going on with these plant shops? So sorry they sent you the wrong plant! Those alocasias are stunning tho!
Yes, her plants are expensive, but the quality is unsurpassed. I think her plants are worth saving for! Sometimes she has good deals when they auction on the Plant Story app too.
I shouldn’t watch any more, Melissa because I’m on the plant ban 😅😮😂😂😂. (I still will tho 😊). I have a Alocasia Frydek coming and two anthuriums. Anthurium Crystallinum Dorayaki and the Anthurium Forgetii And I certainly know about losing money :(. I had a M. Mint and it rotted. I’m having more luck with my Aurea LF. New lad coming ❤. I’ll get the Mint in spring (I’m Aussie). I want all of these plants 😂. Edit: sorry that you got the wrong plant, I’ve already got two of them as well and I know you have a few of them.
Sending the plant back would be a huge hassle to me. I wouldn't be confident in packing the plant well and having to drive to the nearest ups store and wait in line would annoy me expecially when i didn't pay for the extra hassle. They should have just let you keep the plant.
It's not really about the plant but just the time/going out of my way to package and drop their plant back off for them. I know how to package plants but a lot of people probably don't so it seems wrong to ask this of a customer. Just my opinion though, I know a lot of shops do this.
I’m not saying you’re making a big deal but in my experience with getting plants shipped to me (I’m in Alaska) this stuff is a part of the experience. Accidents happen in shipping especially when sellers are shipping out lots of plants , and they are pretty fixable. The solution to problem is usually one or two emails away - in my experience. To me … as long as they fix the problem by resending healthy/correct plants or reimburse me … everything is cool. Also I have been sent the wrong plant a couple of times and the sellers told me to just keep the wrong plant they sent me 😂
I definitely understand it happens! I know they sell rare, more expensive plants all the time so my package was just another package to them but it's just disappointing as a new customer when you spend so much and have high expectations. I don't think it will prevent me from ordering again but I'll be worried that I'll get sent the wrong plant next time. I'm pretty easy going and happy as long as I get the plant or a refund for what I paid :D
Hey Melissa your plans are gorgeous I'm so happy that the plant shop is making their mistake right but you're a little too understanding u paid for 1 day shipping so u should still get one day shipping.
The Alocasias are stunning! Hope your Aurea will reach you very soon safe and sound! But I get being mad about all of the struggles :/
When you get Alocasia plants why do you not put them in leca and then to pon?
leca and pon are both semi hydro so I wouldn't do leca first - it seems I would just go straight to pon if I did that. I like to slowly transition them so lessen shock so water or stratum first then pon :)
Always feel alive after seeing your plants love from India
I get my plants from Mountain Crest and have never had this problem.
ooh never heard of them before! Is this an online shop?
They are absolutely stunning!! I love their site so many beautiful rarities. Hopefully they fix your issue🥺
@@plantsbymelissa Great to hear! ZZ plant are my favorite.
I live across the boarder from RPF and I was really looking forward to popping in/ordering from them. Have you reordered from them since this?
Yes! I've ordered from them 4 times now :) Happy with everything I bought and so jelly that you live so close! hehe
lmao oh no so now idk if I want one your frydek's or the vareigated dragon scale omg can't wait to see what the corms will look like 💚
me too! It will be exciting to grow them out! I wanted to go ahead and get them now because I know it will be a little while before I get corms to come in.
@@plantsbymelissa yup great planning 😊
Put me down for one of those corms from Var. Dragon’s Breath!! My heart skipped a beat when you opened that one.
Haha it’s gorgeous 😍
When I saw the first plant, I was telling myself she should have gotten the pink variegated black velvet and bam your second plant was just that. Definitely investment plants and well deserved.
Thank you! 🫶
What is the color on your nails? I love it!!!
Alocasia pink black velvet is a really beautiful plant.
I love plant mail
The Alocasia are beautiful! But when you opened the third one I thought to myself ..why would she order another Albo? Lol I hope your get your Aurea asap! ❤
haha definitely don't need another albo plus mine are highly variegated. I think it took me a second to process it lol
@@plantsbymelissa deep down I was waiting for you to say 💩 😂❤️
I would be upset too 😭 I really hope they will rectify their mistake and please give us an update once you get the Aurea! The two alocasias are beautiful so I hope they will give you some peace and happiness while you wait for the Aurea. I can't wait to see how the grow ❤
Those penguins
lol funny.
How do you repackage it?
They had it packaged in paper inside the insulation but I have a lot of packing materials since I ship plants too so I'll just make sure to protect the leaves and place it back in the insulation and box it came in.
I hope they can fix it cause they are sold out on the Aurea 😮
Don't be upset. Easy slip up. They'll fix it quick fast
She said that?
Nope. Not making a big deal at all Melissa! Glad they’re making things right. I hope that they ship your Aurea quickly. Now as for your other two plants… Oh my gosh! You got two variegated alocasias. Yay! They are beautiful. Congrats on adding them to your collection.
They are absolutely stunning plants in person! Super happy with them 🥰 hoping the aurea gets to me soon!
I agree 💯 she didn't make a big deal of it. I think you handled it well😊
Melissa I would be upset as well if I got the wrong plant. You have every right to feel the way you do..😊
Beautiful alocasia.
Unwrapping it as the cat zooms by. Lol.
They were hyper 😂
Yay new vid!! 🎉
Thanks for watching! 🥰
Beautiful Alocasias but the Aura, i would also be upset and you should ask them about the shipping. Its there mistake. Thank you so much for sharing this and please give us updates when you receive the actual plant you purchased 😊
I'll definitely update! They should be sending it out tomorrow 🙏
On the bright side, you only truly get to know a company when something goes wrong.
yeah it stinks all around but definitely upsetting since I spent so much. Should be getting the aurea tomorrow 🙏
I would actually love for that to happen because odds might be high you get both.
The black velvet pink is stunning!! But I cannot do 500 dollars for a baby plant 😂
It was under that hehe but it's a lot of money, yes! Definitely rare for me to spend that much on a plant nowadays but I worked really hard for it and wanted to treat myself 😁
😋
I hope obovata can make a comeback for you 🙏
I love your kitties, I miss mine so much, we lost him last Sunday, he was 18yrs young 🥹
I’m so sorry 😢
Not the princess music for the plant reveals 😂
Girl, insist that they send the plant via one-day shipping, on the house. If you paid for a heat pack, it should be included, as well, free-of-charge. It is not unreasonable to insist on this. The mistake was theirs, they should not have a problem making this right. Their response to you will separate the milk from the cream.
Jocelyn and everyone at RPF is amazing, quality is fantastic. They will definitely make it right.
Mistakes happen. Glad they made it right.
It does seem weird to ask for that plant back their mistake.
That third one is huge
On the upside, those alocasia are STUNNING 💚🤍💗
Soo beautiful I’m in love with them 🤩
they should just let you keep the albo, instead of inconveniencing you any further.
Same thing happened with me recently... Ordered A. Dark forgetii and got Florida beauty 🥹🤞
oh no! I'm sorry 😢
Was it the same shop or a different one ?
@@katiewilliams9273 oh noo I'm from India 🫶
I almost wasn't going to watch. Ik you'd get my number one wishlist plant. I'm trying so hard to be good bc it's so expensive. I'm happy for you but I'm not gonna lie super jealous. Lol.
I bought a alocasia Jacklyn. Came with 3 leaves. And two fell off. Leaves look translucent. I emailed plant fairy. They have not responded. 3rd leaf is dead too
oh no I'm so sorry that happened and they haven't gotten back to you 🥲 It may have experienced some stress from shipping. I would personally pop that stump into some stratum and make sure it gets some light and it should come back for you 🙏
I don't get why you have to send it back. So much stress for you and the plant. They should have given you the albo as an excuse.
I vote for stratum then to pon.
Just letting you know, the link to the website in the description didn't work! Beautiful plants
the website to their site? let me check I might have misspelled something
@@plantsbymelissa Yep! It didn't work for me
I accidentally had the word 'the' in front - I fixed it!
@@stefpixwow this is a pretty long form comment. Most people like to read short, succinct comments. FYI
It happens but just bummed when you have exciting plant mail :( The alos are gorgeous!!
@@plantsbymelissa you’re right. People make mistakes. At least they’re willing to rectify the issue quickly
Yes, her plants are expensive, but the quality is unsurpassed. I think her plants are worth saving for! Sometimes she has good deals when they auction on the Plant Story app too.
Super happy with the alocasias! The color is stunning on them!
Nice
I shouldn’t watch any more, Melissa because I’m on the plant ban 😅😮😂😂😂.
(I still will tho 😊). I have a Alocasia Frydek coming and two anthuriums. Anthurium Crystallinum Dorayaki and the Anthurium Forgetii
And I certainly know about losing money :(.
I order from rare plant fairy all the time and have never had this happen before! :(
I was a little sad but I’ll definitely still order from them 💖
Sending the plant back would be a huge hassle to me. I wouldn't be confident in packing the plant well and having to drive to the nearest ups store and wait in line would annoy me expecially when i didn't pay for the extra hassle. They should have just let you keep the plant.
They should've just let you keep it lol
It's not really about the plant but just the time/going out of my way to package and drop their plant back off for them. I know how to package plants but a lot of people probably don't so it seems wrong to ask this of a customer. Just my opinion though, I know a lot of shops do this.
That would be awesome
9:20 umm, Chow anyway so,😂
I’m not saying you’re making a big deal but in my experience with getting plants shipped to me (I’m in Alaska) this stuff is a part of the experience.
Leave it for about 5 days so that the plant can have a longer time for resting.❤ then you can place it on a beautiful pot
Hey Melissa your plans are gorgeous I'm so happy that the plant shop is making their mistake right but you're a little too understanding u paid for 1 day shipping so u should still get one day shipping. Anyways your plants are very very pretty and I know they will do well in your care. One day I will be able to buy something from your shop and I can't wait I wish you all the best!!❤️❤️
I’m so glad it wasn’t TH… I was getting ready for the F bombs after that brief pause 🤣
haha no f bombs this time. I was sad in the moment but I know things happen. I just wasn't expecting it from such an expensive order.
I'm thankful there were no f bombs and I think she handled the disappointment well. ❤🌿
