Mind is a bundle of thoughts. I thought,is the fundamental for all these thoughts. Focus on this I thought will take us to know our real nature This I thought is arise from the pure consciousness of SathChith Anantha. ❤
Focusing on the “I thought” is focusing on Emotions, feelings , perception.
It is in the Sansara.
Being indifferent to the Thoughts is Being
@@gokulmehta - I thought is the 1st thought from which other thought arises. It is like a thread of a garland. All the thoughts are objects but the I thought is different to others as that is the experiencer experience all other thoughts. { including Emotions, feelings & perceptions}. The experiencer I thought is the subject. In other word is the sense of our being - appearing as Ego / Akangara. This ego is the culprit for all the Samsara. Only solution to escape from this samsara to annihilate the ego by terming with in and stay with our sense of existence once we realize the true nature Theo will disappear- Manonasa as the thread of the garland gone and no more thought . I hope the following talk will some more clarity

I thought come up after a few thoughts to claim ownership of the past thoughts
I thought arises after a few thoughts and it’s then that the “ I thought” claims ownership of the recently past thoughts.
I agree that the I thought is the ego , the apparent subject and thus the binding in the Samsara.
To recognize that I am unaffected by the movements created by the I thought is Wisdom and natural effortless Being
Shanti, shanti, shanti 🙏

Pranaam Swami Ji 🙏🙏🙏
Pranam Guruji 🙏
I think those that say, “this,” when referring to themselves are actually drawing attention to the fact that they wish to be seen as enlightened. Enlightened folks see praise and blame and reputation as inconsequential. Actually, with the sheer “inertia,” of prarabda (sp?), I don’t think there would be any need for change in the manner that they refer to themselves. Just my 2 cents 😊
🥹❤thank you
How I can submit by questions to Swamiji?
