Thank you so much for this video! What zones are these safe to plant outside? I'm in zone 6-7 in the US. I've never seen them outside here. I have seen them in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Also, do you know if they do better with alkaline or acidic soil?
Friend of mine gave me spider lilies in vase no bulb l was wondering if I use a rooting hormone will they propagate? I mean will they root? That’s so much for sharing.
Hello I live in Texas.. my backyard is under construction. Not sure the process on how to save my spider lilies until August when our construction is complete. Would I just let them dry out and store. I’ve never had to pull them up.
Many times when people cut into the bulb they say let it dry or give it some kind of solution like a honey. But how about this spider lily bulbs, do we need to do that before replanting?

If you mean they just gave you the flower scape then is very unlikely that It will make roots and become a new plant

When to water this and where to put it either in shade or in sunlight?
mostly in shades(undirected sunlight) and water them only when soil gets dry.(in 1 week or 2 week)

Does this method work for lycoris radiata?
Yes but the plant hates it.
