Biased review. It is obvious from the beginning that you are not a fan of the Impala. For you, it might be a generic sedan but for someone else, it might be roomy and easy to enter and exit. This car obviously will not appeal to the "Dad and Mom pay for my car" age group.
The center console also has USB’s, I believe I used them while renting a few years ago. This video seems like the hidden compartment location is only USB port. Great video, though. Thank you! Does seem like a truck steering wheel which is biggest meh point of Impala
Sad to see the Impala go as American brands, unable to compete with Asian brands, throw in the towel. The first American brand car I’ve test-driven in 30 years was an Impala. I loved the size/shape (reminded me of Buick LaSabre, Toyota Avalon). Too bad it only comes with 3.6L, which I don't care for.
M W Yeah that’s true, most American brands are known for their trucks/large SUVs in modern times. I did like the largeness of the Impala as well, I too enjoy the smooth feeling of a larger vehicle, but it could use a better engine like you said. Thanks for watching!
Grade on your ratings: overall Fail Exterior: 4 s/b 8 Sharp front, nice body lines, roof line Interior: 5 s/b 9, sure the dash could be less swoopy but finishes are soft touch & well put together Roadtrip: 7 s/b 9 quiet with acoustic glass, plenty of legroom MPG: 5 s/b 7 It's not a hybrid, it's full sized V6 sedan, pretty good MPG, all things considered Storage: 7 s/b 9 cubbie to left, cubbie under dash, good size console cubbie, bottle holders in each door and class leading trunk space. What more do you want? Come on! Character: 1 s/b 8 Catch a clue! Look at prev generation! Sharp front, nice body lines, roof line Wishlist: 8 s/b 2 why oh why would they discontinue glove box light & led strips on rear doors? Handling: 5 s/b 8, Front drive, no wishy washy steering, soak up minor road imperfections ( 18 inch wheels) Excitement: 1 s/b 6 Peppy engine, nice styling. It is a sedan, right? Stupidity: 8 s/b 0 Nothing is stupid on this generation Impala Price: 5 s/b 5, Priced well for features Engine Responsiveness: 3 s/b 7 It's a V6 with 305HP on a sedan. IT IS NOT A Sports car Overall Amenities: 8 s/b 9.5
Webster Kollie That’s funny, my friend said the exact same thing a few days ago. I personally think Buick will be the first brand to go, but it wouldn’t surprise me if Chevy were to follow shortly after. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
That "deer like creature" is in fact, an impala
Said Espinosa Haha I know it is, I was more so comparing it to a deer. Thanks for the clarification though, and thanks for watching 👍🏻
Ya, sure. This guy does not know how to make car reviews
I wasn't expecting this from the impala. it has come a long way, but never expected this. nice video
Michael Wilson It certainly has, I enjoyed reviewing it. Thanks for watching as always 👍🏻

Nothing positive on the video. I felt like you personally didnt like the car period.
Hmmmm sounds like you don't like the impala which makes me love it even more lol

Kevin Alvarez Thanks for the feedback and compliments! The USB’s are a nice part too if you have a lot of passengers. Thanks for watching too 👍🏻

Sports car or not, a civic has better engine responsiveness than this.
@@TheBigDUCC hahaha
Chevy will be the first brand to die off the GM family tree
