Way to go Joanne! I've owned a buff and didn't know it. You see one came with a bathing suit I purchased several years ago and shamefully, I just couldn't figure out what it was, nor how to use it. I have curly hair so many times I've just used it to protect my hair at night while I sleep. NOW, I can walk out of the house sporting my buff in one of a dozen newly learned looks! Again, thank you - wayyyyy to go! Also, your enthusiasm and passion absolutely illuminates you on screen! Keep it up.
I love this video! I’m losing my hair due to pcos reasons and I’m currently going through a dread shed trying to use rogaine to grow my hair back and my hair loss has gotten a lot worse. I bought some knock off versions of these at Walmart and I wanted to use it to cover my head or minimize the obvious balding /visibility of my scalp and your video was SO HELPFUL I’m so so happy I came across this thank you so much. I was discouraged and thanks to you I don’t have to worry anymore :) I just hope dollar tree still has these 5 years later lol

I wanted to share another way that I wear bandos (buff). I wear them doubled up as fingerless gloves and put my thumb through. It protects my hands from the sun on the motor cycle and when using a UV light for drying my nails. I Loved You Video! Thank you!

Joanne, thanks for all the ideas! I did purchased one and I only wear it ether as a headband or covering my entire hair (the one you showed last). I work in a school as a Campus supervision and I'm always outside at recess in the morning and afternoon (lunch recess) so I use mine, like I said, covering my entire hair and I wear over a visor to protect myself from the sun. I'm really glad I can have a more variety of looks, thanks my dear for sharing!!
I got a grey one at Walmart years ago and normally wear it the same as you do normally. I like the full coverage way. I did get a new one DT that is blue and gold.

I don't. I dont really have very long hair. But when I take a shower and don't want my hair to get wet, I twist my hair in sort of a bun and put the head band on then fold over the bun and tuck in under neath. maybe that would work.

Hi Joanne, new here today. I'm from Athens Ga, just outside of Hotlanta. We are home to the Univ.of Ga. Bulldogs. o DAWGS!! Woof woof woof. Anyway. Married for 16 years, met him on line, and the rest is history. Great guy, cute too! We have 10 dogs! Yes ten, all little ones. More about them later. Shhh they are sleeping now. Hubbie is from CTG. We moved his mom and aunt down here for warmer weather. I have mucho health issues but TRY and not them keep me down by being crafty. I make jewelry and other things i learn on here and we auction them to raise money for rescue dogs. A friend of mine has a ranch for old and sick scnauzers no one else wants. He has a hospice there too, so we help him out as much as we can. Anyway that's it for me. Time to hubbie up and off to work so i can sleep. I'm a nite owl, A throw back to my nite shifts in the ER as an RN.
I like the one method where you kinda slap it on your forehead and then pull it over to make like a beanie. Your's the first video I seen that showed that one, and it has become a personal favourite of mine. Therefore I thank you alot. Best head-tube-gear video so far. Thumbs up.

I like these, especially with my hair in short layers, yeah, you cant wear ponytails any more so this will keep those aggravating small loose hairs from aggravating your face while your working in the flower beds. Good ideas, thanks!

They do. The beauty supply store has them too depending on where you live and if you’re okay going in a black neighborhood to get it.

I like these, especially with my hair in short layers, yeah, you cant wear ponytails any more so this will keep those aggravating small loose hairs from aggravating your face while your working in the flower beds. Good ideas, thanks!
