SLIDING DOWN LE PLENEY OFF PISTE FOR THE FIRST TIME (ALPS DAY 6)

- Yoo! On day 6 we head over to Morzine to kick things off in the bikepark, but the lift is closed so we head straight to Le Pleney, dropping in to the Black trail at Le Pleney for a first lap was interesting, but so sick! I love that trail so much and it's interesting watching these clips (second time at Le Pleney) compared to the clips I have of the last few days of our trip! Can't wait to share these videos with you all!

GoPro effect is strong. Doesn't look it but when you have to grab a tree to stop yourself from sliding down the hill you know it's steep.
It is. I just come back from Morzine and even the steeps that locals call "chill" are nuts
haha it's so strong! I found it so funny when editing this video because it was probably the scariest trails we did in the Alps, and the footage just makes it look so flat! Hilarious that i'm screaming and crashing on something that looks flat! CHeers for watching guys, hope you're enjoying so far!

Did you do the walkers' trail down the Super Morzine side?
We actually didn't, I think it may have been closed when were there?! Is that the trail that runs straight underneath the Morzine lift?
@@loam_chef No it starts a little way to the right of the lift station (if you were looking down the hill). It's not really for bikes but I've never come across anyone walking up or down it before. There was an official black that started under the lift but they shut it, maybe due to going across private land. Not sure if it's still rideable but that was good too.
@@Stevo_UA-cam rumour is back in the day that unofficial black was an official run, and now it is 'shut' but you are still allowed to ride it but it is just not part of the bike park; i.e. they don't want to take responsibility for how badly maintained it is when people crash

Hahaha you're so right, it was just soo steep I should have just stayed on the bike the whole time, but being blind to the trail it was pretty scary haha! Cheers for watching mate!
