I had the same problem trying to remove the Losi xxxnt flywheel and clutch nut. I ended up locking the the piston in place with some zip ties and was able to unscrew clutch nut and the I was able to remove the flywheel

I got a fresh batch of MolyKote in yesterday. Curious, do you normally pre-lube your o-rings before install on its mate or put them on dry and then put the lube on after installed (but of course prior to reassembly)?
I have a question that may be not worth answering. Is this engine capable of having a pullstart and do you know what if one may fit what one that may be. Like I said if this is a total no just say nope. Or nothing I’m sure it’s not available

Try an Allen key on the end of the crank in the small hole. If it’s anything like mine it’ll unscrew and then the flywheel can be pulled off

Do you know what size the brass flywheel collet is?

Always best to apply the lube prior to install, and work it into the rubber/silicone really good
