- A slightly different video this week as we take a forage down the low tide line down on an Anglesey beach and get lucky enough to find a prime sized lobster for a catch and cook. We then head back to Mikes kitchen where he demonstrates a lobster thermidor recipe. Don't think it has a name - it's just north of Beaumaris as the B5109 turns inland - an old map refers to the area as Gored Bach
That was vile. The lobster was still moving when you put it in the boiling pan. You needed to wait for it to have no more function before putting it in the boiling water....Disgusting.
This is incorrect, the lobster was dead, any movement it still made was simply nerve spasms which occur after death, please do research in future before negatively commenting on people videos
I believe what I see with my own eyes..Unfortunately the lobster CANNOT tell you whether it is still feeling pain, so do not act like you KNOW they don't. How long after being stabbed in this manner, does a lobster have sensation and feeling...NO ONE knows.... I would therefore urge caution and NOT cook the animal until it was NOT moving, and was definitly dead.@@fishingandherping7681
