I love that at some point he lifted a barrack, so he could witness in game that lifted barracks gave him high ground vision, and then he still wasted million scans on high ground vision anyway
I watched every WCF but i'm watching them again and it warms my heart to see zerg win.
i love it, this is CLASSIC SC2, weird crazy games and insane strategies and comebacks, hilarious casting and an overall super fun video series :D

The Burrowed roach burst game. This was and still is one of my favorite games and casts of all time. Coming back to watch these vids is like visiting an old friend.

I dont even play starcraft but this is my favorite series on youtube right now. Both of yall do an excellent job commentating this and the videos are absolutely hilarious/epic.

I'm a terran player, but I think that this was an absolutely brilliant maneuver.
@LifesAGlitchTV you are teaching people how by showing these replays, that was amazing strategy done by the zerg and definitely will have things like that in the back of my head. thanks
The best part isn't the cheese failing, but the bizarre, hilarious, awesome games that result from strange builds. And the commentary is really good, too.
Guys. Almost all casters I know do that mistake, but you can be first to correct that. You need 3 buildings to block that type of ramp ONLY if you are blocking with pylons (or other 2x2 structures). Barracks and bunkers are 3x3 buildings so you only need 2 of them. You can even use rax+depot or gate+pylon on some maps.
And, yes, that is according to the latest patches. Before them you could've blocked that with just 2 pylons.
Anyway, good job, guys, keep it up.

I'm really bad at Starcraft and these videos are helping me counter what I'm sure to run into.
Nice to see a cheese fail with two good players! Sometimes I cringe at people failing, but this time the cheese fail was a really clever counter as opposed to the cheeser failing. I like!

I think the best part about these videos is your laughs. Especially in S01E08 after trying to cannon rush a base that doesn't exist. I don't even play Starcraft, but I enjoy the shit out of these.

@bman6661 I totally agree, I really like Corner Gas, and who doesn't like Red Green, being in the states, we only get glimpses of it when it shows up on Netflix or public broadcasting. Its hard to come across Canadian entertainment.
The zerg knew the terran wouldn't use scan because he was using those vikings to get vision of the high ground, and terran just wanted vision for his tanks, not for cloacked units.

Was definitely a good call sending in the Zerglings along with the Roaches. Were they 100% necessary? No, but you never know when something coulda gone wrong and the Roaches needed that backup.

Siiick, deerp using burrowed roaches was pretty tight, if i was in the position i would have definetely focused mroe on mutas to hit his economy but what a classic showing of divide and conquer

every time i see a spine crawler attack all i think is "poke... poke.... poke... poke"
It looked like in those SCI-FI movies, like Starship Troopers or aliens. Marines seem it's fine and they have a strong defensive perimeter, and then ZOOOP, bugs everywhere, coming from the ground!
When the Queen comes off the Creep, you know shit's gonna go down...

You can wall off with two bunkers or two barracks. But, you need three supply depots if you want a wall off.
Using those vikings ended up hurting him. If he continued to use scans, he would have seen the roaches.

Only need two barracks or a rax and a depot. You only need a third building if it's at the top of the ramp or if you use pylons.

Now THAT's someone you take to a fine restaurant. Cheeses, and then calls the opponents race OP when it fails. That type of class is deserving of some big buck spending at some big buck places!

lol well done derp, people seem to forget roaches can do that, and that zerg can burrow in the first place. I don't know how many games I've seen with players not getting Burrow.

I'm talking about walling off at the BOTTOM of your ramp. You used to be able to block off entire ramps with either supply depots or pylons. Ever since 1.2, you can't do that anymore.

Destiny uses this strat often, he got it from Catz. Push roach, switch to muta, back to roach.
