I am 77 years old. have been taking Quercetin 500 mg twice a day along with Vitamin D3 and other supplements and my kappa/ Lambda light chain ratio is now improving. No Paraprotein seen in my blood or urine. But my Hypogammaglobulimia remains. My symptoms of severe fatigue; weak legs; and inability to exercise; along with edema in my legs; medication treated congested heart failure; and Carpal Tunnel syndrome remains. My diabetes is diet controlled. I am thinking of asking my cardiologist for a cardiac biopsy to rule out light chain AL. Does this make sense?
I presumed my MGUS resulted in a 5O years progression from drinking the toxic water at Camp Lejuene and the Agent Orange I was exposed to in Vietnam Nam. Thanks

Why turmeric? Do you buy it in powder form or as the vegetable?
