I know you are struggling but please seek support and help from professionals. Please ask yourself why you are sharing these - if you care about your viewers or other humans who could potentially see this, then I think it would be best to take this down and your other videos. YT keeps taking these down because it is dangerous and you are putting others in danger. I do feel very bad you are having such a hard time with your mental health and I hope you can heal and find freedom with food one day- I know you all can do it and it is the best feeling ever ❤
I'm not in reco unfortunately, but I think I got a bit better physically in recent months (I'm not that tired and weak) and I started posting again and I try to take better care of myself
