This is a really great video of the old RR trestle ..RR trestle bridge was constructed in 1929 and is 348' feet high .. 2nd highest in the United States ..So it goes back in time some years ...I would never go out on it myself , too dangerous and the risk is too high .. You got some great drone footage , neat i like those , well done ...

Thanks for watching. The place is amazing and plan to visit again soon. Next time, I'm going on the trestle! :)

Honestly, there's no rhyme or reason when they decide to hand out citations. The day I went, there was nobody out there citing people and saw about 8 people on the bridge. My advice would be, when you get there, don't climb the bridge right away. Wait and see if other people on the bridge get cited when they come back, before you climb it. Also, if you want to save yourself some hassle climbing the bridge, bring a sturdy rope to help you get up on the bridge. Lastly, on the other side of the bridge, you can just walk right on it. There's no climbing involved and more importantly, to balancing yourself on the beams. The bad part is, you have to walk seven miles to get to the other side of the bridge. I plan on doing that next summer. if you are interested, check out this website below. Let me know how it went when you come back. liveseasoned.com/vance-creek-bridge/

What drone did you use to film,I got the opportunity to go on the bridge in the mid 90’s and it’s wasn’t as hard to get up and had more planks

hey, thanks for watching. I used my DJI mavic air. The next time I go to the Vance Creek, I'm going to hike to the other side where there are plenty of planks.
