even though everything in the groups is targeting the same audience, having groups multiplied will allow tiktok to target the audience deeper by targeting a different portion of people that were originally targeted in each ad group

yes pretty much, it’s still 3 creatives with 3 other variations each (with the ad text) making it 45 total after duplicating it
