Ever since the mid 90's the state biologists have been doing a real bang up job, seems almost like behind the scenes they're trying to find ways to write tickets because folks only read the "paper" reg booklet and change things later online so the goal posts move. Ya it’s definitely frustrating. Not much enforcement out so I think the goal is to keep people from limiting and discouraging people from even launching there boats to try and shrimp.
@@NorthwestCatch have you ever tried tuna or razor clam scraps? Those seem to be the golden ticket for crabs in the sound, so I'd imagine... The oilier, the better, the smell lasts longer and goes farther down current.

@@macgyver5108 razor clams are a very important ingredient in the bait I’m actually using in this video.
It's fun but also disappointing with the regulations , they are the best prawns .
