Every honey bee sings its melody. Everybody knows … that’s my honey suckle rose! Thank you!! ❤I was standing with ovation and You boys diminished that so hard, I was suddenly floored. 😂 Bravo
You recreate authenthically this wild gypsy feel that I met in the "La Chope des Puces" bar (and other places) fifty years ago in Paris. Warning: La Chope des Puces has become a dirty tourist trap, according to web reports.
I'm transcribing "Swing for Ninine", note for note the Jimmy Rosenberg recording. There re so many great lines in that song. I wish there was tab, but there isn't and I don't have software either. Also I use so many diminished runs and arpeggios, from when I was a neo classical metal guy, Yngwie Malmsteen style, they work great in Gypsy jazz when you wanna add flash. Good video and thx.
Haha that is Titi Haag from Forbach, France. He came with Adrien Marco to visit me in the Netherlands while I was recording with Jimmy Rosenberg. Paulus came to visit too since it was close by
First v ersion:Cdim to Cmaj it 's a suspendet way . Cdim comes from the doubledominant chord D7b9 to C maj . Second way to think about Cdim to Cmaj is Cdim comes from B7 b9 and this Chord is a dominant Chord to E minor . E minor is a substitut from Cmaj 7. But for me the first Version is the best . The same thinking like rythm changes chord C# dim The scale is G-harmonic -major over the Cdim chord. Scale= g a b c d d# f# g

This is just common delayed resolution - CdimMaj7 to C , all (Dm7 too) within Diminished scale
