How does this work ? Do they get points for throwing them out of the ring or body slamming them? I saw no punches so I guess you get none for kicks or chokes but not sure how to win match.
I think it is pinning both shoulders to ground, submission, or a full inescapable choke. No punches. And not just one submission. It is wrestling so you can check the rules for that on Google.
