I did exactly the command to enable Cyber Akuma and Apocalypse on PS1, but for some reason it didn't work, can anyone tell me why? Do you need to do more than press select 5 or 6 times?

That looks evenly matched, and then Zangief will have to be taken out. I wonder if one Marvel character is missing. Apocalypse makes it seem unfair, because he's too gigantic.

@@bennel3588they should’ve added Punisher as a character….man’s had a full on functioning 2D Sprite Model back in the day in his Beat’Em Up game…..he should’ve been in a MVC Type Game man big miss for Capcom & ESPECIALLY Marvel for not making the call back in the days like the 90s era
@@dianceperez8540 Are you saying that Punisher should be a boss? I wonder if they just wanted to have the bosses be the villians. I do see some playable villians that never became bosses in the roster. Has the Punisher ever been a villian?
yeah, they should've added Blanka and Guile, instead of 4 Ryu's clone characters
If you're not counting any boss characters, there's 9 Street Fighter characters and 8 Marvel characters. That's really unfair. If all of the characters are counted, I wonder how many there are for each side.

@@sombat2788 Dan is a Street Fighter character, so he counts for Street Fighter. Dan is not a boss in this game, so he would not count as a boss.

How do you unlock cyber akuma and apocalypse?
Cyber-akuma - beat the game on the Hardest Difficulty without any continues (Using Apocalipse does not count) and then save the game, after this go to the characters section screen and press Select button 5 times over Akuma and Press Any button.
Apocalypse - beat the game without continuing at any Difficulty level. After doing that, go to Arcade, Versus, or Training. Highlight Akuma and press the select button 6 times and press the Light Punch Button.

When I saw someone beat the game with Apocalypse, there was no ending. When I saw someone beat the game with Cyber Akuma, there was an ending. Probably Apocalypse gets no ending, because he's too gigantic, and it was unfair for him to join in. I still think Apocalypse needs an ending.
I beat the game on hardest difficult and it won't work

If you want to know what I mean, in the Japanese version of Street Fighter Alpha 3 (which came out a year after Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter), Sakura has a win quote against Akuma that goes along the lines of "I'm scared... I want to move forward... What is this feeling?" This can easily be applied to Dark Sakura, seeing as how Dark Sakura has power similar to Akuma's. Ironic that Dark Sakura hasn't been seen since Marvel vs. Capcom 2, since Sakura was too scared to bring her out.
I know she based her fighting style on Ryus so is it possible that she somehow got the Satsuei-no-hado as well?
