Thank you for your unbiased opinions!! So many are doing reviews on comped rooms so hard to really believe what their own thoughts are. So appreciate you!
If you go across the street to the Sahara you can take the monorail. You can purchase tickets online if you want. That way you can go just about anywhere on the strip.
That Monorail involves a lot more walking than people realize. It looks like it's "just over there" till you start walking. That's when you find out it's "way over there" !
Jacob, thank you for posting real reviews unlike some UA-camrs who are sponsored and paid to post misleading videos to their followers. Especially on Resort World.
So happy you finally gave this particular Hilton Grand Vacations its flowers. Not a fan of the Paradise one tbh. But ya bro, this is our go-to place man. We always get the suite with its full kitchen and laundry! Close to everything yet a good distance from the casino, smoke and party scene! Walking distance to the Strat, Circus Circus and one more you forgot, Resorts World bro haha! Aitey mane, you have a great day!
The best Hilton Grand Vacation property in the Strip is Hilton Elara attached to Miracle Mile mall behind Planet Hollywood. The best views of the strip are there!
If you like the way this hotel looks, but would prefer something more central to the strip, there's a Hilton grand vacations just behind the Flamingo! It's so similar I actually mistook this hotel for that one at first.
I live here. Been here for 20 years now. The locals do not come to the Strip anymore. Corporate took over the strip and makes it too expensive . We do other things now. We make our money and do not shop at these corporate retailers. Folks, it is about us and not the corporate structure. Let's all change this by rewinding back a bit. Do what Jacob is basically saying here without getting himself into any trouble. The workers are not the problem here. It is the structure for whom they work for. It is not their fault.
Stayed there when we took our son for his 21st birthday in 2023. As soon as i saw the market place i knew 😂 we had the suite. The lounge with the pool table by the gym is relaxing.
Thanks so much for showing the viewers this hotel. I would never have thought of staying in just a hotel. Having all those amenities available in your room saves money. Great video Jacob!
I stayed there last year it was Great!! When I checked in I got a few glasses of free champagne; they didn't even bother to bug me about a timeshare presentation. I guess they figured a single woman wouldn't have any means to purchase one. No problem!
The big question is do you HAVE to go through a Time Share presentation in order to stay there?? Last winter I used a friend’s timeshare and in order to get the towel cards… you have to get them from the Timeshare presentation lady…. I told her I wasn’t interested… she was not happy.
I literally just checked out of here yesterday, we did the timeshare option which came with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, icemaker etc…. a wonderful wonderful property. Love the fact that it didn’t smell like smoke because there’s no casino. Not nearly as heavy traffic as the other hotels, very easy parking and drop off. Uber/Lyft area is right in front of the property so there’s no long walk to some strange parking garage. Everything was just perfect 👌🏽✅
I brought a friend for a weekend trip a few years ago and we stayed at the Hilton Vacation Club, LOVED IT!! Walked to the Strat and Circus Circus. We took an Uber to Station for the buffet. The timeshare folks was a bit much but I truly loved the no smoking and the pool area. Plus we were closer to many taco spots lol.
great touch blurring the kids faces. much appreciated that your respected their privacy. nicely done. also thanks for showing this hotel. it is a good option
This is definitely the best hotel on the Las Vegas Strip for couples single and especially families love love love love love love the place I stay here every time I go
I knew this was a Hilton the moment I saw the fridge-microwave amenities 😂 We're Hilton Honors members and we're booked there (the suite) for this December. With a kid, HGVC is the best bet for Vegas!
The Hilton Grand Vacations at Elara is also amazing. Pretty close to all the action, great pool, just unfortunately no food options inside the hotel. You are connected to the miracle mile shops though so that helps. I was also told by a lady that if you are staying at Elara, you can come down to the Grand Vacations on the strip and still use their pool.
Elara costs a lot more to stay, if I pay that much for a regular room, I can use that money for a corner suite at Aria instead that comes with lounge access
This is my go to place to stay in Vegas when coming out for work. It is a timeshare so it may annoy some people. I highly recommend the one bedroom suite. I stayed in the single room suite before and you can hear the conversations in the connecting room as if they were standing in your room. I believe all the single room suites are connecting rooms so they can convert to a 2 bedroom suite, connecting to the larger two rooms suite.
THANK YOU for being so Unbiased!!!….you may also want to review Marriott Grand Chateau (across from Planet Hollywood)..which also has NO resort fees!!!🎯🥰🤗
Yeah I was going to suggest this as well. I used to be a Hilton Loyalist and have stayed at all of their LV properties. The Elara is superior by all accounts. Have switched over to Marriott since the announced the strategic partnership with MGM and because my satisfaction with Hilton was declining. Something happened to that company post-Covid. Have always seemed to have an issue.
@@theejayzeeable I have stayed at Marriott Grand Chateau twice. Most recently was Memorial Day Weekend. 3 nights for $2k in the 3 bedroom Villa. Easily the cheapest 3 bedroom suite on the Strip and possibly all of LV
I love circus circus. Stayed there quite a few days back in the day. One time i stayed 5 days, like buy 3 get 1 or 2 free. The water went out during 1 night. so they comped 3 nights. Cost less than 100 ( quite a few years ago,- but we always visit)

: ) THANKS MUCH for sharing ! I HAD to LOL at Oberto IS a thing up in this corner, even used to have a Hydro Race Boat back in the Day for SeaFair : ) ALL the NEST and Cheers ! : )
Growing up in Seattle, I used to live on Beacon Hill and Oberto Factory Store was at the foot of the hill on Rainier Ave. Great outlet store where you could buy meats and seconds of meats like pastrami, pepperoni and beef jersey. Back in the day (the 70's) I even went to school with an Oberto kid.
But what's up with his little dig saying established in Seattle is "not a good sign"? I know our dumb politicians have done their best to ruin this place but Seattle is still a great city and Oberto does not mess around. Great food/snacks.
I've stayed at HGVC many times. Nothing bad experienced. Sure it's not a property with a casino and all but it's perfect location wise. Studios are amazing for what you get. I also highly recommend this property for families simply because you don't have the smoke and loudness and stuff associated with a casino setting. Pool area is humongous for kids. Thanks for this video. Very insightful and helpful for all of us. I can't wait to be back there at the end of the month. I'll be at HGVC myself.

We stayed near it though at the Sahara back in April, which is also a nice place!
Actually teleworking right now from a studio in the other tower right as this was posted. You’re right, in prepping for my Vegas trip there were hardly any videos on this property but I took a chance and am pleasantly surprised. The location is a bit of a drawback but I just went over to the Sahara last night and hopped on the monorail and I was down at the Bellagio in no time

Awesome tour as usual. It's non gaming so they gave to give alot. Buddy stayed there years ago on a timeshare presentation. He just felt it was very corporate. Not a great Vegas property. As the north strip gets built more and more that place will fill.

You should also check out the Desert Rose Resort. It seems like a very similar situation, but it’s at the SOUTH end of the strip ( Right behind the OYO )
I had a coworker that came into town with her 2 kids and they were staying at this place - I've never been there myself; had no idea it was this nice! Especially for a price more like the Westgate or Flamingo.
I haven't ever been to Vegas but if I was going I would definitely look into this place. All I ask of a hotel room anywhere is that it be clean, safe and secure. I don't need lots' of luxury amenities.
I stayed there last year and one nice perk was free electric car charging. They only had 3 chargers though, so there wasn't always one available though. The North Strip location was a con in the sense that you're not within walking distance of anything interesting, but the advantage is that it's a less congested area of the strip and getting in-and-out was much faster than you'd experience in the south or center strip. At the time I was there, the Sphere hadn't been turned on yet, but the room that I had would have had a great view of it. I was planning on using the kitchenette for most of my meals, but I didn't find it very practical for any real cooking.
The suite you’re in is very nice. 😊 It looks like timeshares we’ve used. I was confused about you staying at Circus Circus. 🎪 Yes, we did stay at this Hilton time share. Very nice.
Another Hilton on the Strip! By the way, I stayed at the Hilton in Resort World for eight days last year, ate a ton of foods, played a little bit of roulette and slots, won a couple thousand bucks and was happy although it has no kitchenette.. Can't wait to be back this December!
Hilton Grand Vacations has THREE properties on the Strip. Boulevard (featured in this video) Flamingo (next to High Roller) Elara (off Harmon next to Planet Hollywood)
I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights yes I did the time share but my stay was FREE. The time share was not to bad when 90 minutes came up we said sorry have to go and did. Nice hotel very east to get in and out of. Had no problems with there area. Would stay there again. Good call Jacob
I jogged by this place last year. The area is nice and quiet. It’s like the calm before the storm on center Strip except I would imagine it to be like this 24/7. I felt pretty safe and no one bothered me. It’s south of Sahara and north of Fontainebleau.
West Tower Circus Circus (27th floor) is somewhat renovated, they tore out the carpet in the the hallway and in the rooms, nicer hardwood-like floors. My kid loves it there, so gotta do it!
And to add more lol....we had to attend a timeshare presentation but it got cut short as my wife couldn't contain her cough attack (non smoker), she figures she might have had covid without knowing (back in Nov 2019). So not having to stay for that and still get the offers and perks was nice lol.
Jacob, we've stayed at this property and your review is 100% right on the mark. The only drawback is the location, but we actually loved it. We stayed in a suite and they are so nice!!! Very new, everything worked and you could get lost in it. LOL

LOL
Thanks for sharing!
