Hello doctor i want to share my husbands report with you plz guide us wot to do ..we have been married from one and half year ..i am 34 years and my husband is 36 years ...semen analysis report show Asthenoteratozoospermia concentration 6.63
Motility 11
Progressive 0
Non progressive 11
Immotile 89
Volume 2.5
Doctor plz help us wot to do ? We have changed our life style diet also ..as my husband' weight was 104 kg but now its 96 kg height 5'10
Should we wait for further weight reduction or go for ivf or icsi? He is taking coenzyme q10 daily as our gynae suggested us

It seems you have male factor infertility due to
poor sperm motility ( asthenospermia).

I am sorry, but there is no reliable way of improving sperm count or motility with medicines or surgery.
False hope can be cruel - please don't waste your time or money
Please get it re-checked again.
If it is persistently low, then your best option would be
