Very nice! Hindi ako mahilig sa matamis na ulam except for estopado 😊 instead of sugar, I use pakaskas or panutsa. Mas may depth ang tamis. Thank you for sharing!

Just boil the pata and remove the scams then wash and drain before deredging in flour and fry as seen in the video👍
